I continue to be amazed at how actually nasty Pilates professionals can be to one another on social media, particularly in groups.
Especially now, we all need to be serving & sharing at our absolute highest level. Fellow Pilates teachers who are trying to serve their clients and help people should not be attacked for asking questions online.
I am guilty of responding like this, and if I ever hurt you in a response, please accept my apologies.
If you don't have anything positive to add to the coversation or learning, just shut the fuck up!
In my Pilates Profit Lab group, I boot & block people who are nasty & combative. I answer all questions with consideration & respect.
