Most Pilates teachers know that they need to effectively use social media.
If you only post photos and videos of yourself doing Pilates exercises, and only share them in groups of other Pilates pros, that is not an actual strategy for sales (unless your target market is other Pilates teachers who somehow need to learn to perform the Pilates exercises).
If you have no idea who your target clients are, and no idea of what their goals are and how you can help them, you can't really create content that is effective.
Get clear on your purpose, who you want to help and serve, and how, and you will have content!
