Osteoporosis Myth #4 - All Spine Rounding Is Bad

So many of us believe that once we have osteoporosis, we can never round our spines again.


While loaded forward flexion (spine rounding) isn't great for those with osteoporosis, unloaded flexion is perfectly fine!

In Strong Bones Pilates, I teach my clients where rounding is safe, and we take advantage of all the yummy stretches they love in ways that keep the bones safe.
