Because life isn't hard enough, I'm now dealing with a mis-communication issue between NY State of Health and Fidel is Care.
I won my appeal and my full tax credits should backdate to March and April 2022.
But, apparently NY State of Health is sending the wrong information to Fidelis Care, so my health insurance is in danger of being canceled, even though I won the appeal.
