I'm very concerned about the state of Pilates, and how new teachers are being introduced to taking care of other humans. When people pay us and entrust us with the care of their precious bodies, that's a big deal. Pilates without care & compassion isn't good for anyone, and the current market prioritizes numbers and not humans.
