Short and sweet today! A colleague of mine asked a question in a Pilates teacher's forum -
"What are your tricks for lengthening out a spasming low back? Sometimes I’ll have a client come to their lesson with a low back spasm - I’m talking about a fit client who I know well - no referred pain. They may have been in the car too long or been gardening, etc."
