Today we have Mara Sievers, creator of The Pilates Encyclopedia. This is a deep dive into Pilates education and teaching.

About Mara:
Mara Sievers, NCPT, is the creator of Pilates Encyclopedia, a digital resource center helping Pilates instructors improve their teaching skills such as cueing and layering, and developing more knowledge and confidence for clients with various pathologies. The Pilates method has been defining Mara’s movement experience since 1998 and has been a lifesaver more than once for her personally. Her Pilates Encyclopedia is like a Wikipedia for Pilates; includes a huge uber-detailed library of all Pilates exercises as well as advice for sequencing, special populations, cueing, programming etc.
