My name is Charles Wallace and I hit my rock bottom 5 years ago at age 47. I am not a tall man, 5’5 and I was tipping the scales at 264 pounds. I was dealing with heart issues and on numerous medications that ultimately were just enabling me to continue with my self destructive behavior.
Finally, I decided to take control of my life and build healthy habits that have allowed me to lose over 75 pounds and be medication free.
I know that there are a lot of people out there who are in the same predicament I was, so I decided to start this podcast with the goal of changing people’s mindsets and helping motivate them to get their life back. I want people to know it isn’t hopeless and that they can do whatever they set their minds to.
Professionally, I have been in the healthcare data analytics field for 30 years. During this time I have developed a diverse skill set that has helped me be an extremely effective leader and build very successful teams. I am now looking to use those skills to help motivate, inform and hopefully inspire people.
