Yossi Montrose Profile Photo

Yossi Montrose is the founder of Performa Ball and the creator of a distinctive physical coaching methodology developed over more than two decades of working with stability balls and controlled instability.

Yossi’s work explores what happens when the body is placed in an environment that requires constant organization, adjustment and control. Through movement, balance, breathing, speaking and performance, he uses controlled instability to develop physical composure, adaptability, presence and the ability to remain effective when conditions change.

What began as a deep exploration of stability-ball training has developed into a broader methodology for working with people who need to perform at a high level—particularly executives, founders, leaders, entrepreneurs, speakers and other professionals operating under pressure.

Yossi brings a practical, experiential approach to confidence and presence. Rather than treating them as purely mental concepts, his work examines the physical foundations that support how a person carries themselves, responds to change and performs in demanding situations.

Through Performa Ball, Yossi continues to develop and apply this methodology in private coaching, speaking and experiential work with people who want to understand and develop how they perform when it matters.
