How can I know I am growing? or How does growth happen?, it's an indication of a reflective person that wants to be the best he or she can be. This episode is dedicated to answering all the questions in one topic- celebrate growth! A great analogy for growth can be derived from plants. Let's take an oak tree for example, growth typically occurs in three major parts. One is the buds, secondly is the root tips and lastly the cambium.

Growth happens silently and many times unnoticed. Growth is not just progress. Growth can be defined as increase in size of an organism or part of an organism. This increase in an organism is typically in the number of cells. In similar manner, growth of capacity happens silently with significant changes.
