Leaders have a way of inspiring and influencing the people they lead. One of those ways is how their influence brings change, transformation and results. However, their influence is not a coincidence but an intentional way in how they choose to live and lead. The Pareto Principle is one of these intentional ways leaders live and lead. Leaders that know first hand the value of productivity, know there is a proven way to productivity. Italian scholar Vilfredo Pareto is the author of the Pareto Principle; a principle that is applicable to many areas of life.

One scripture in the Bible points to why leaders must be intentional in how they lead. Luke 12:48 states, "To whom much is given, much is required, and to whom much is entrusted, there is great demand."
