One of the things I don't like about the industry is that we have solutions for marketing automation, mostly for B2B, and we have B2C solutions for customer journeys. We also have a mix of D2C, B2B, and D2C for managing eCommerce journeys. However, there are omnichannel solutions in the market that can make end-to-end journeys all in one solution. Ortto is one of them.
