Why are Princess Diana's Death Files Sealed Until 2082?

Nearly three decades after the death of Princess Diana, a new report is drawing attention two thousands of pages of French investigative records that remain sealed from public view. According to Radar Online, the case file, compiled by French investigators following the nineteen ninety seven Paris crash, will remain closed until at least twenty eighty two under French archive laws. The publication says the dossier contains approximately six thousand documents gathered during an eighteen month investigation that concluded in two thousand and seven. French authorities have confirmed that the records are held in the archives of the Paris Court of Appeal and are not currently available for public inspection. According to Radar Online, a spokesman for the court said the investigation file is placed in the archives of the Paris Court of Appeal in application of Article L two thirteen Dash two of the Heritage Code. It cannot be consulted before the expiration of a period of seventy five years. The report claims the file includes witness statements, toxicology reports, crash scene photographs and other evidence collected by French police. In fact, what people tend to forget is that she had become a spokesperson and focal point for banning land mines. There was so much money involved in the manufacture of land mines, I would say Diana was murdered. Radar Online also shared the tale of Diana becoming a white witch, making a series of dramatic claims about ritual she is said to have practiced before her death. According to Radar Online, Diana developed the fascination with psychics, mediums, and spiritual health will during the final years of her life, with the publication relying heavily on claims from Simone Simmons, who has long described herself as one of the princess's close spiritual advisors. Simmons told the publication that she and Diana carried out ceremonies in the gardens of Kensington Palace in which objects believed to carry negative energy were buried. Simmons claimed anyone who dug around that area would be really surprised about what they would find buried there. Diana got into burying items in the ground as part of a cleansing ritual. The report also revisits a well documented episode involving Diana's close friend Rosa Moncton, whose daughter Natalia was still born in nineteen ninety four. According to accounts previously shared by Moncton, Diana offered a quiet corner of the Kensington Palace gardens is a burial place for the baby, and took part at a private memorial service. Radar Online claims Diana later continued using the same area for what Simmons described as spiritual cleansing rituals more palasages. At the moment, childhood letters written by Diana recently headed to auction, offering a glimpse into her early months of married life and the optimism she felt after marrying the then Prince Charles. The letters, along with photographs from Diana's school days, are being sold by her former West Heath School classmate Katherine Hanbury through the auction house Goringers.

I thought, now is the time to give somebody else the opportunity to have the pleasure and joy of looking at and reading them as they gave to me. Among the items is a letter Diana wrote during her honeymoon in nineteen eighty one. We had a blissful honeymoon with endless sun and luckily calm seas, Diana wrote. We are now up in Scotland until the end of October, which is a big treat for us. I ad our being outside all day and hate London. It's wonderful being married. I think it's safe to say that after two months. Reflecting on her new role within the royal family, Diana also wrote, it's a case of playing with grown ups. Hambury said the remark reflected Diana's youth at the time. She said, you have to remember she was so young. It was all a new playground for her. I imagined she was thinking, I'm married and now I'm a grown up. I need to start my family. Looking back on their school days together, Hanbury described Diana as warm, caring and remark down to earth.
