Prince Harry and Meghan Markle share a picture of Lilibet - but the Queen said NO to her picture

Harry and Meghan lit up the internet with a photo of baby Lilibet, who is the spitting image of Harry - but apparently the Queen would not allow them to use a picture of Her Majesty with her namesake.

Meanwhile, it looks like things are still frosty between the brothers.
