03 Calorogus Shark Media. Hello and welcome to Palace Weekly. I am your host of Mark Francis. Well, it seems that many of you didn't really like our version of Palace Weekly with our two hosts from Google AI, and so what I'm going to do now is give you a new version of Palace Weekly, and we'll try and do this every week where I'm just going to give you the stories of the past week, the biggest stories in an abbreviated form. So if you've been listening every day for the past week, none of these stories will be new to you. But some of you don't get the time to listen every day, So this will be an abridged version of all seven episodes from the past week, and the stories will be a little shorter just so we can get many more stories in and we hope you will enjoy this version. Let's get started, and we start with Megan, because that's the biggest news of the week.

59 Megan's podcast series, Confessions of a Female Founder, will premiere on April eighth. This eight episode series will feature candid conversations with notable female entrepreneurs, offering an insight look at the challenges and triumphs of building a business, including Meghan's own experiences with her brand as Ever. Meghan Sussex said, I'm so proud of what we're creating and the candid conversations that I'm able to have with other female founders as we unpack the twists and turns of building a business. Through my friendships and relationships, were able to dive into the type of insights that everyone wants to know as they're building a business, and that I'm able to tap into as I'm building my own business with as Ever. We'll also point out the timing as interesting, as King Charles has been scheduled to visit the Vatican that week, meaning we could be in for a week of Meghan versus the Royals articles. It's unclear if that visible actually happened due to the recent serious health issues of the Pope.

52 Meghan's foray into DIY self care has sparked concern among skincare experts, who warned that her homemade bath salt mixture featured in her new Netflix series With Love Megan, could cause irritation, rashes, or even burns. However, skincare specialists quickly flagged her approach as problematic. Jennifer Christopherson, an esthetician and YouTube, issued a warning in a video breakdown of the segment, stating, I don't even know if she really knows what she's doing. She criticized Mikael for using underluted arneca oil, describing her application as a crap tone and explaining that essential oils require proper dilution with a carrier oil to prevent skin irritation. Netflix's With Love Meghan continues to draw criticism from all quarters, including surprisingly the Touches's own estranged father Thomas Markle, who hasn't spoken to his daughter since before her twenty eighteen wedding to Prince Harry. Told the Male everything she says is pre planned and rehearsed makes me laugh because I know all her looks and expressions. I know which is faking it for the cameras. The eighty year old admitted he hasn't watched the entire series, but has seen clips.

53 His comments add to a chorus of negative reviews, with The Guardian suggesting Netflix should kiss the Netflix deal goodbye, and The Telegraph calling the show an exercising narcissism. Megan's half brother Thomas Mirkle Junior offered an equally unflattering assessment, saying halfway through, I realized there's something better I could be doing with my time. Prince Harry has emerged victorious in his immigration status battle after the Department of Homeland Security rejected claims that the Duke received special treatment when moving to the United States. In heavily redacted documents released Tuesday, a DHS lawyer stated that Harry's application followed all applicable rules and regulations, despite speculation that he may have lied about his drug use on visa paperwork. In the World of the Wonderful Princess, Colonel Kate was back on parade on Saint Patrick's Day, raising a half pint of guinness to celebrate the day with the Irish Guards. The Princess of Wales, looking absolutely gorgeous and green, Alexander McQueen made her triumphant return to the annual celebration after missing last year due to her treatment. Ever generous, she even put money behind the bar the troops, telling them it's the least I can do. Now, that's royal class. The forty three year old beamed as she inspected the regiment pinned traditional shamrocks beneath her gold Cartier brooch, and even presented one to Turlough Moore, the Irish wolfhound mascot, who serves as the regiment's most adorable soldier. Eagle eyed royal fans may have noticed that Princess Catherine has been switching up her jewelry lately, often leaving her iconic sapphire engagement ring

25 at home. The stunning twelve carrot oval salon blue sapphire, once worn by the late Princess Diana, has been replaced during recent engagements with what appears to be a more subtle eternity band featuring sapphires and diamonds. Experts suggest the change might be purely practical. Maxwell Stone of Stephenstone Jewelers noted unlike Kate's twelve carrot engagement ring, which she typically removes during physical activities, sports, or any situation where there's an increased risk of damage or loss, this ring is more practical for daily wear. Some have romantically suggested the new piece might be a university Day's promise ring from William making a sentimental reappearance. William has mastered the art of feeding the media the way his brother and sister in law can't figure out even when hanging around with Britain's elite, the future King is coming across as a regular guy and the media is eating it up. Wills Is offered a glimpse into his long standing friendship with David Beckham, highlighting their close bond in a lighthearted interview.

25 During a game style interview with the Son, William was put on the spot when asked to choose between Zenidein Zendine and David Beckham in a penalty shootout. William hesitated before settling on his aunts and joking, this is going to hurt Becks. I think Becks might kill me if I don't see him. Could Prince William be adding another important title to his resume. Royal watches are speculating that the Prince of Wales might soon become godfather after his close friend Hugh Grovener, the Duke of Westminster, announced he and his wife Olivia Hanson, are expecting their first child this summer. The friendship between William and Hugh runs, with the Prince serving as an usher at Hugh's wedding in Cheshire last year. The Duke has already godfather to eleven year old Prince George, continuing a close inter family connection that spans generations. King Charles is Hugh's godfather as well.

15 In the World of Charles, family drama at Balmoral has come to light in a new royal book detailing the tensions surrounding the Queen's final moments. According to Robert Hartman's Charles the Third New King New Court, the story behind Prince Harry's solo journey to Scotland was even more fraught than previously known, it seems. King Charles, then Prince of Wales, personally called both his sons to urge them to travel to Scotland quickly, but made it clear that Megant was not welcome. When Harry pushed back, Charles apparently claimed that no other spouses were coming, mentioning specifically that Kate wasn't coming. What Charles likely didn't know is that Kate had actually chosen to stay behind to support her children on their first day at Lambrook School. The senocent detail inadvertently diffused what could have been even more explosive family row, as Harry wrote in Spare that the news about Kate's absence immediately calmed him down. King Charles is being urged to make a rare diplomatic move that could place Donald Trump in an awkward position as the sovereign of Canada. Charles has been asked to attend the country's state opening of Parliament, which would showcase the Monarch's support for Canada as Trump threatens trade wards against America's northern neighbour Former Conservative MP Andrew Persing, now based in Vancouver, told The Daily Mail it would put Trump in a really difficult position. He is going to accept a state visit with the King while at the same time threatening and showing disdain and disrespect for Canada, where Charles is the monarch. From royal visits to royal soap. King Charles is selling a luxury bar of soap for Mother's Day at the Eyebrow, raising

46 price of twenty eight pounds, part of Highgrove Gardens Mothering Sunday gift range. The High Grove Bauquet soap claims to capture the essence of High Grove Gardens with fragrances including silver line, Blossom, Mimosa and Cedar Palace. Weekly will be right Back. Prince William is reportedly eager for Prince Andrew to fade from public view as fresh allegations surrounding the Duke of York's past have resurfaced. The latest claims come from former Messus Monique Gia Naloni, who has detailed an encounter with Andrew at Buckingham Palace in two thousand. In an upcoming memoir, she alleges that after being booked by Gillam Maxwell, the Prince acted inappropriately by stripping naked before a massage, an incident she described as an abuse of privilege.

36 Mike Tyndall enjoyed himself at last week's Cheltenland Festival, offering some cheeky tips on how to pace oneself during the prestigious racing event. Speaking to raced ATV, the former England rugby star, who happens to be Princess Anne's son in law, jokes that liver management is a key part of getting through the week. All it takes is bumping into an old friend to push you over the limits. He equipped, but he had a secret weapon in this zero well Guinness zero in the Middleman. No one knows it goes a long way down under the Royal family has received a significant cultural snub the Reserve Bank of Australia has confirmed that King Charles will not featured on the new five dollar bank note, ending a tradition that saw Queen Elizabeth the Second's portrait grace the note since nineteen ninety two. Instead, the redesign will honor Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people's connection to the country and the overturning of Terra nullius.

25 Queen Mary of Denmark has returned to royal duties after being forced to cancel engagements due to illness. The Australian born Monarch fifty three visited a school in Valence, Bak to observe work related to her Namesake Mary Foundation, which tackles social issues including bullying, domestic violence and loneliness. This marks her first appearance since March the fifth, when she abruptly canceled her attendance at the Heart Association's annual awards ceremony. During her school visit, Queen Mary met with students and heard from the school council about improving well being throughout the institution and they have it like to email us and address is the Palace Intrigue at gmail dot com.
