Meghan Markle’s New Podcast Sparks Royal Tensions..... Again!

Meghan Michael appears to have reignited tensions with the royal family during her latest podcast appearance, subtly but unmistakably referencing the institution she once called home. Speaking on the Aspired podcast with Emma Greed, the Duchess of Sussex opened up about her public image, her new lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard, and what motivates her career path. But it was a point in exchange about fame and falsehoods that raised eyebrows among royal watchers. Emma noted the difference between Meghan's early celebrity and the level of scrutiny she now faces. She asked Megan whether, given the chance, she would rewrite her public narrative. Meghan's response was clear, Yes, I would ask people to tell the truth. She did not specify whom she was referring to, but later mentioned what she described as a lie from eight years ago, telling listeners my dear friend Serena Williams. She says a lie can't live forever. Eight years is a long time, but not forever. Twenty seventeen, notably was the year Meghan's relationship with Prince Harry became public, a time that also saw rising tensions within the royal household, including Prince William reportedly advising his younger brother not to rush into things.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Megan addressed a recent viral moment involving a very personal family video. The footage recorded while she was heavily pregnant with Princess Lillabet shows Megan and Prince Harry dancing in a hospital room to the song Baby Mama.

Asked about the moment, Meghan smiled and said that was four years ago, so it's also a really great reminder that with all the noise or whatever people do, there's still a whole life, a real authentic, fun life that's happening behind the scenes. I'm just grateful that now being back on social as well, I have a place where I can share it on my own terms. When asked what she's most proud of professionally, Meghan replied investing in the success of other women and other companies. I loved being able to have a portfolio of female founders, but I do think it takes a little bit of courage to bet on yourself, and that's felt really good.

You can have the best laid plans for your brand, and if you were too attached to it when you have to pivot, that can be crushing. As the conversation turned to operations, Meghan revealed how her business empire is structured, saying she has a small and mighty team overseeing her day to day office work. She explained that her foundation operates independently, led by long serving executive directors, while separate teams handle her Netflix projects and her other branded content initiatives, including with Love Meghan, which he says involves about eighty people. All of it, Megan notes, is guided by a central leadership team she describes as a team of very savvy women. Meghan has set the date for the relaunch of her lifestyle brand as ever, confirming in a newsletter that new stock and a few surprises will go live on June twenty. In a message sent to subscribers on June sixteenth, the Dutch Sussex began by thanking fans for what she called an absolutely extraordinary debut.

Hundreds of spectators turned out to witness the event, many arriving early with hampers and picnic chairs to enjoy the summer sunent royal pageantry. Before the formal service, is Majesty King Charles hosted a private lunch for members of the Order. It was a moment both ceremonial and deeply personal, marking not just tradition, but the Princess of Wales's resilience, presence and return to royal duties.
