03 Calorogus Shark Media. Hi, and welcome to Pallas Intrigue. I am your host. Mark Francis. Meghan Marko's latest as Ever product launchers sparked sharp backlash online, with critics accusing the duchess of being out of touch over pricing. The forty four year old unveiled her first product rollout of twenty twenty six, introducing a limited edition leather bookmark priced at eighteen dollars, alongside a bundled a Moment to Unwind set costing sixty four dollars. The set includes the bookmark, peppermint tea and sage honey with honeycomb, which the Asever website describes as simple comforting essentials meant to help you slow the pace and settle in. Promotional materials framed the collection as Megan's take on starting the new year outright, calling it thoughtfully curated to feel personal, comforting and complete. The bookmark, stamped with the phrase fell asleep here in megas handwriting, was described as a small reminder that rest is part of the ritual. Despite selling out shortly after launch, the pricing prompted backlash from royal watchers and online commenters. One reddit user wrote, sixty four dollars absolutely disgusting. She has no shame, none whatsoever. Another added, so roughly twenty one dollars for each of these three unappealing things, and it was possible to get more ridiculous than here we are.

26 Another suggested the four item purchase limit was designed to consume inventory levels, claiming I'm assuming the limit of fore order is so no one can discover her stock. Some critics argue the bundle was just a way to offload unsold products. One user wrote, she's just restyling her leftovers that she can't sell and attaching a cheap bookmark to it. They claimed large quantities of honey and tea remained from previous launches, adding this just further supports the stock figures and mess of her business that was found a few weeks ago. The peppermint tea and sage honey were already available individually for fourteen and thirty two dollars, respect making the bookmark the only new introduced item. Others criticized the wording on the bookmark itself, when user wrote on x Megan couldn't even come up with a quote herself. She had to borrow from theirs and just write it in a fancy cursive. However, some defended the duchess, noting of the bookmark was created in collaboration with the UK based female owned Workshop. One supporter wrote, well, it was a collab, so if you're so but hurt, call them and find out how many were created. According to as Ever, the bookmark was produced in the UK using sustainably sourced leather and made in collaboration with a new forest based workshop.

36 The product description states it was designed to last in serve as a keepsake, designed for those who linger, pause and return. For Women dot Com, Rose McMackin writes it could be easy to brush off the overpriced bookmark as a one off instance of being out of touch, but for Meghan Marko's simply the latest one. She seems to have a knack for appeering woefully out of step, even she bends over backwards trying to seem relatable. According to recent petting odds published by Casino Beats, Meghan is expected to release a cookbook link to her Netflix series With Love Megan. The book is said to feature approachable recipes associated with the show, including dishes such as her single skillet spaghetti, a rainbow themed fruit salad, and her signature jams and marmalade. The same odds indicate that the second season of the Netflix series is also considered likely, suggesting the project could expand beyond its initial run. Speculation doesn't stop there. The book makers also point to the possibility of Meghan making some form of reconnection with the royal family, though not with William wore Kate. Additional predictions include a potential memoirle, an appearance at London Fashion Week, and even another televised conversation with Oprah Winfrey. Prince Harry is unlikely to see his father, King Charles when he returns to the United Kingdom this week. The Duke of Sussex will be in the UK for several days for court proceedings related to his legal claim against Associated newspapers, the publisher of The Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday. The trial begins Monday, with Harry expected to take part on Thursday.

09 According to The Telegraph, King Charles is expected to be in Scotland during Harry's visit. Royal sources told the paper that the King has no wish to be linked to any court proceedings and typically takes a break from public duties. In January, royal expert Kinsey Schofield told Fox News Digital it's important to note that King Charles does not regularly communicate with Harry. The royal family views him as untrustworthy and a liability, largely due to concerns that private conversations will quickly find their way into the press. This is especially sensitive given the King's cancer treatment is considered a deeply private matter. British broadcaster and photographer Helene at Chard echoed that view, saying Prince Harry is accustomed to a life built on conflict. He has sued the Mail on Sunday and much more to the embarrassment of his father.

55 He still maintains that he has been stitched up by the establishment. It's a no brain and safe to say King Charles will not be seeing Prince Harry. Chofield also said Prince William and his wife Princess Catherine are no longer in contact with Harry and Meghan Markel. Their focus remains firmly on their own family and responsibilities. Our royal inside at Deep Crown tells us the suggestion that his Majesty is simply too busy to receive his own son is frankly rather absurd on its face. The King's diary is managed by his household. They work at his pleasure, not the reverse. If Charles wished to see Harry, the schedule would accommodate it. That he apparently does not wish to do so, speaks volumes about the current state of affairs.

35 Charles may be fond of his youngest son in the abstract, but he is king first, and a king cannot afford to be seen endorsing, even tacitly his son's litigious warfare against the British press while conducting important state business. The monarchy survives on maintaining a certain distance from controversy. Harry seems determined to remain at its center or a palace in just a moment. According to a report from Radar Online, a witness in Prince Harry's latest legal battle says he is now afraid for his safety, claiming intimidation linked to the Duke's legal team ahead of the trial due to beginner Monday. Private investigator Gavin Burrows is said to have made the allegation during a pre trial hearing, saying the pressure he has faced has left him fearful enough to request giving evidence remotely. His lawyer Tom Poole said his client had no objection to giving evidence, but fear of the consequences of doing so in person. Paul said Burrows had always been fully willing to give evidence voluntarily, but is concerned that by doing so he puts himself at personal risk. Paul told the court that Burrows had been contacted by by a line Times, which Burrows believes works closely with the claimant's legal representatives. He said Burrows interpreted the contacts threatening, adding that his client, rightly or wrongly, has interpreted the email, which was saying that they are going to be publishing an article about him today. He has interpreted that, rightly or wrongly, as a blatant to to intimidate him at the commencement of trial before he is due to give evidence. Harry is not expected to

06 launch any further legal action against the UK Press once his current lawsuit against the publisher of The Daily Mail concludes. According to sources who spoke to The Royalist, the move could mark a significant shift in Harry's media strategy. Rather than continuing a confrontational and costly legal campaign, the Duke of SUSSS is said to be exploring a more traditional public relations approach aimed at reshaping perceptions of him in Britain. Sources suggest that if Harry wants to operate in the UK again, even on a limited basis, remaining in open conflict with the press would make that extremely difficult. Celebrity hairdresser George Northwood worked closely with Meghan during international royal tours following her twenty eighteen marriage to Prince Harry. Northwood described the experience as intense but formative, telling Radar Online, working with Meghan was a game changer. I loved her from day one. I went on tour with them to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga and we did forty looks in three weeks. Megan always has ideas, but then she'd let me run and Harry was very, very good at noticing her hair. Sources familiar with the tours said the volume of styling changes was highly unusual by royal standards, even if common in the entertainment industry. One insider said Meghan approached royal appearances with an actor's mindset. Every outfit, every appearance had to feel distinct That translated into constant hair changes that pushed the team hard, they said. Another source stressed it was not deva behavior, it was an actress refusing to repeat herself when the cameras were rolling NonStop.

34 Northwould also describe the practical realities behind the scenes. Royal tours are not glamorous. All the time I did Meghan's Hairy Morocco and the airport toilets, we had ten minutes. A celebrity can arrive whenever they're ready. A royal has to be out that door at this time, no negotiation. You have three minutes to get that hair into a bun, and they have it.
