03 Caloroga Shark Media. Hello and welcome to Pallace Intrigue. I am your host, Mark Francis Megan markl is facing criticism over the timing of a new as ever social media post promoting seasonal fruit and vegetables while health officials are investigating a parasitic illness linked in previous outbreaks to fresh produce. The Duchess of Sussex returned to Instagram with a simple guide to summer produce featuring apricots, basil, cherries, tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, and mint. The post appeared as American health officials were warning about thousands of suspected cases of cyclosporiasis and intestinal infection that can cause severe diarrhea. The current outbreak has not been traced to any specific farm, supplier or item of produce, although several hundred cases across Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West virgin I believe to be connected. One Reddit user wrote, this is the outbreak that has been causing notoriously explosive diarrhea, among other fun symptoms. Hundreds of people are hospitalized across thirty one states. Megan's inability to read a room strikes again. Others were less concerned about the health warning and simply mocked the post for being basic.
20 One person wrote, I swear I saw this pick in my health class book back in elementary about forty years ago. Prince Harry has finally shared his thoughts on one of the strangest television shows ever, inspired by his life. Appearing on the Joe Mahler Will See You Now podcast alongside JJ Chalmers, the Duke was asked about I Want to Marry Harry, the twenty fourteen American reality series in which contestants were led to believe they were competing to date the real Prince Harry. Joking about the unusual premise, Harry said, originally they asked me to do it and it wasn't available, so he quickly made it clear that he was kidding, before adding, that's not the worst that's out there. That's just one example. The Fox series featured Prince Harry look alike Matthew Hicks, an environmental consultant, pretending to be the royal while contestants were convinced they were dating the King's youngest son. To maintain the illusion, produces staged fake security incidents, hire pretend paparazzi and even digitally inserted the lookalike into photographs alongside Prince William. The deception was finally revealed during the season finale, when the women learned they had actually been competing for the affections of Hicks rather than the real Prince Harry. The conversation also turned to reality television more broadly, with Harry revealing that he has watched Love Ireland.
32 I don't watch Love Ireland. I have watched Love Ireland. There's a big difference there, he said. Harry's podcast appearances being viewed by one Royal commentator as a reminder of the personality that first attracted Megan Markle to him. Brand and culture expert Nick E tells The Express this is exactly the sort of appearance Prince Harry needed. He has so often been seen through the lens of legal battles, family tensions and serious interviews, but here we saw a far more natural relation, axt and genuinely funny side of him. It reminded people of the Prince Harry many connected with years ago, someone warm, self deprecating and able to laugh at himself, which is what Megan saw in him too. Prince William led the royal reaction after England's World Cup dream came to an end where the two to one semi final defeat to Argentina. In a personal message shared by Kensington Palace, the Prince of Wales, who serves as patron of the Football Association, praised the squad's tournament run.
27 He wrote, gutted the fight and belief. You have shown as inspired as all the most complete England team and a tournament. Hold your heads high. The message was simply signed with a W indicating it came directly from William. England took the lead through Anthony Gordon early in the second half, but Argentina struck twice late in the match in Atlanta to book a place in the World Cup Final against Spain. Buckingham Palace also offered its support, posting a photograph of captain Harry Kane embracing Jude Bellingham after the final whistle. Palace wrote, commiserations to Harry and the team. While you three Lions may be looking at your wounds today, you remain the pride of the nation and will rise again. Meanwhile, Spain's royal family celebrated it in style after the national team booked its place in the twenty twenty six World Cup Final with a two nil victory over France. King Philippe, Queen Leticia, Princess Leonor, and Infanta Sofia were shown watching the closing moments of the semi final together at home or wearing matching Spain jerseys. Video shared by the Royal Household captured the family erupting in celebration as the final whistle blue hugging one another as Spain secured its place in Sunday's championship match. Alongside the video, the Palace posted a message congratulating the team, saying you have once again proven why you're one of the world's great teams. Now with an entire country by your side, the moment has come to fight for the title. Thank you for making us enjoy this journey. Go for it more, Palace in just a moment. Former Prince Andrew has reported been back
00 on horseback after spending several months away from one of his favorite hobbies. According to the Sun, Andrew was photographed riding on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk this week wearing a blue shirt and dark trousers. The report says the horses had been brought from Windsor on what was described as a temporary loan, while Andrew remains based in Norfolk. A source told the newspaper he's board rigid, so even getting his horse for a few days is better than sitting around doing nothing. He was regularly riding when he lived in Windsor and it gave them a chance to get outside. A source previously told the publication he has been ordered not to go horse riding. It's considered a bad look. They don't think he should be seen grinning and smiling on his horse like he was in Windsor.
40 But it was one of the few things he actually enjoyed doing. So what on earth is he going to do with his time. Sarah Ferguson is reportedly planning to spend more time in Britain, even though she recognizes there is little chance of returning to public royal life. A source tells naughty but nice Sarah knows there's no road back to public life. She's made peace with that. What she wants now, isn't it come back to normal family life surrounded by the people she loves. Another source said she's realistic. The headlines haven't gone away, and neither has the controversy surrounding Andrew and her friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. Visitors to Windsor Castle can now explore a newly redesigned garden created according to King Charles's own vision. The space, now known as the Venus Garden, officially open to the public this week after being renamed and transformed as part of the King's long standing interest in sustainability and biodiversity.
30 Admission to the garden is included with a standard Windsor Castle ticket through September thirteenth. The garden has a long royal history, was originally laid out in the eighteen twenties on the site of King Charles the seconds former Bowling Green, and has evolved in the successive generations of the royal family. It was last opened to visitors during the summers of twenty twenty and twenty twenty one. The latest redesign takes inspiration from the orbit of the planet Venus around the Sun. Richard Williams of the Royal Collection Trust seb the King wanted to create a garden reflected the variety in planting, biodiversity and sustainability. What's different from the previous garden, which was really a monoculture, being predominantly rose bushes. Is this has much greater biodiversity. There are areas of wildflower meadows which create wonderful habitats for all sorts of creatures and insects.
21 The project replaces many of the traditional rose beds with a wider variety of plants designed to encourage pollinators, another wildlife. The garden also features the return of a historic sculpture depicting Hercules wrestling the river god Archilus. The statue had stood at Kew Gardens since nineteen sixty three, but was originally purchased by King George the Fourth in eighteen twenty nine and first installed at Windsor Castle in nineteen o nine. It returned to Windsor earlier this year after receiving planning approval. The Venus Garden will remain open to visitors through September, offering the public a chance to see one of King Charles's most personal contributions to the Windsor Castle grounds.
