Ergo, King Charles is lacking in this department, So to his Majesty's apparent current deficit in terms of impact, philanthropy, collaboration, convening and helping people. If only Charles had had the idea I would say in the nineteen seventies when he launched the then groundbreaking Prince's Trust of Helping People, that the seventy six year old has only been warming the throne for a scant two years and already his son is doing some agitating about what his rule will be like and setting out his kingly stall. Sienna, who was Beatrice's daughter and tenth in line to the throne, seemed unbothered by her grandfather's equestrian drama, proving that some royals can keep calm and carry on even when their relatives are on the verge of a very undignified tumble. Regarding other potential European trips, such as a visit to Portugal, Bond dismissed the idea unless Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank were also there.

All in all, I think the chances are that Harry, Megan, the children and Doria will enjoy Christmas in the sunshine of Montecito. It will probably be a time of some reflection for Harry. He has written about his nostalgia for times when his UK family were all together, But as any parent knows, when your kids are rushing around manically rapping, opening presents and getting thoroughly over excited at Christmas, there's not much time to think of anything other than keeping them happy and stopping them fighting. So I reckon it will be fun and sun filled Christmas in Montecito.
