The Duke of Sussex appeared at the Court of Appeal to challenge the dismissal of his claim against the Home Office. That claim concerns a decision made by the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures—known as Ravec—that he should receive a different degree of protection when in the United Kingdom.
