Bulletin: Queen - no balcony for Harry and Meghan (and Andrew.) Prince Harry and Meghan Markle - we're coming anyway!

Some true Palace Intrigue into the weekend. The Queen put out a late Friday statement saying the balcony would only be for working royals. That does not include Andrew, Harry nor Meghan.

Harry and Meghan waited all of 18 minutes before releasing a statement of their own - and they are coming to the Jubilee anyway!
