Previously unseen footage from a twenty nineteen interview with Virginia Jeffrey will air tonight, reigniting scrutiny of Andrew Mountbatten Winsor's ties to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The interview, originally part of BBC's Panorama program, features Miss Jeoffrey recounting how she first met Andrew in London in two thousand and one, when she was just seventeen. She has alleged that Andrew had sex with her on three occasions, telling the BBC he knows what happened. I know what happened and there's only one of us telling the truth. Andrew has consistently and strenuously denied all allegations. The newly unearthed clips from Miss Jeffrey's interview, who tragically died by suicide in April, will be broadcast at eight pm tonight on BBC One.

1:04 The Royal family has taken another decisive step to distance itself from Andrew, with Buckingham Palace quietly removing his biography from the official Royal website. The change, which went into effect on November third, follows King Charles's October thirtieth decision to strip his younger brother of all remaining royal titles and privileges. Formerly known as Prince Andrew, the disgraced Royal is now referred to simply by his family name Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. As of this week, visitors to the Royal website whose search for Andrew's biography are met with the message the requested page could not be found. Just days earlier, the page had still been visible, though already demoted beneath the joint listing for Prince Harry and Meghan Markel. Andrew arranged a private Buckingham Palace tour in June twenty nineteen for two businessmen linked to a cryptocurrency mining venture that had agreed to pay his former wife up to one point four million pounds. The BBC reports J Bloom and colleague Michael Evers were collected from their Knightsbridge hotel in Andrew's range rover and driven through the palace gates before being escorted inside, mister Evers told the BBC they briefly met the late Queen. Then mister Bloom disputes that both men attended the former prince's pitch at Palace. The amount was set to reduce annually by one hundred eighty five thousand pounds until twenty twenty eight, meaning that by moving now he would have been due around five hundred fifty eight thousand pounds. However, insiders say the Grade two listed property requires a lot of work, including structural repairs to the flat roof, as well as crumbling walls and peeling exterior paint. If the cost of essential repairs exceeds the value of the payout, he could actually end up out of pocket. One source said. Experts say the Andrew scandal marks a turning point for the monarchy. Royal commentator Richard Little pointed out divorces and affairs are one thing, but alleged sexual abuse and the fact that Andrew didn't acknowledge it, or react or sympathize with the victims was a massive mistake. Had Andrew been more upfront and sympathetic to Virginia Geoffrey and her fellow victims, the outcome could have been remarkably different to what we're seeing. As far as royal scandals go.
