Andrew Says Masked Man Chased Him as Eugenie’s New Baby Sparks Fresh York Family Drama

Mark Francis Andrew Mountbatten Windsor has described the moment he says a masked man chased his vehicle during an encounter near his home on the Sandringham estate. Details of Andrew's witness statement were read at Westminster Magistrates Court as part of proceedings involving thirty nine year old Alex Jenkinson. Jenkinson has charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior toward Andrew during an alleged confrontation in Norfolk on May sixth. He denies that charge. In a separate proceeding over the proposed stalking protection order, Judge Eckram ruled that Andrew and other witnesses must also be available to give evidence and face cross examination. He said, I am persuaded that fairness demands the respondent to these proceedings be allowed to call and cross examine these witnesses.
