Take What Works

Take What Works

People are spending time online more than ever before and everybody with a social media profile or page also has a built-in “personal platform” to hawk their wares, beliefs and opinions.

Something that’s wicked helpful to remember is that we’re all coming from different places, perspectives, and points of view - and so we’ll all need, like and resonate with different things in our lives, at different times. What worked for us yesterday, may not be what we need today. Who we used to like, follow and agree with will probably change too and that’s totally okay.

Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re talking about “taking only what we need” - whether it’s from a post, what we see, hear and read all around us in this moment and leaving the rest behind. What’s working for someone else is not necessarily going to be what’s going to work for us. So take what’s helpful and leave the rest behind.

We don’t need to take things personally or lose ourselves in what someone else is doing. This only serves to break down communication, well being and ultimately our inner peace. We need clear, strong paths during this time - so no matter what content you’re consuming or coming across - choose to Take What Works and let the rest go.
