How S.M.I.L.E Can Help You With Anxiety

Emma Amoscato is the creator of the S.M.I.L.E. system and helps people overcome anxiety, worries and 'what ifs'. The system is based on using the science of the smile to stop spiralling negative thought patterns and panic. It combines psychological and holistic therapies to dig deeper and unravel people's thoughts and behaviours.

Emma is currently completing a Masters in the psychology and neuroscience of mental health at King's College London. She became interested in the field after her own challenges with anxiety and PTSD and her work with families living with life threatening food allergies. She is the author of two books on food allergy, endorsed by Allergy UK and has a background as a journalist and corporate communications consultant.
