Speaker 4: But we have a jam packed at even Breaking News Morning Run this morning, going to be making stops in Kentucky, Midtown, Manhattan, Texas, the Post Office, Maine, as well as Houston. But we need to start with this breaking story as of this recording. Just moments ago, we heard from the President of the United States. He of course said the Natal summit in Turkey, but he just answering reporters questions and made a comment about the memorandum of understanding between the US and Iran, you know, the one that's supposed to lead to more negotiation and end of the war. This is what the president is saying. It just said that. It's now making the rounds, and it's the breaking news story this morning.

The President of the United States has said that this memorandum of understanding that was supposed to have a ceasefire in place for sixty days, in his word, is over. We don't exactly know what that means, but we do know what prompted it, because the US and Iran Robes once again started shooting at each other off night.

All of this, of course, in the midst of the ongoing talks for a broader agreement to end the war. He just said it is this for real, or we're going to go back to full on war negotiations happening or not?

Speaker 4: This is in the center of midtown Manhattan, forty second and between Second and Third Avenues where this is to give some concept roads. It kind of sits between what the Chrysler building and the United Nations building kind of down in that area. Only a company Grand Central right Avenue separate them. So this is in the heart of everything. So yesterday morning they get all that bricks are falling from this building. It was discovered that some support beams were buckling robes. The video will have the hair stand up on the back of your neck to see the video from inside this place.

And you you know what it makes you realize here when you're a resident of New York city especially, But if you visited ever, just how we look up at these unbelievable architectural feats. And I'm never worried that somehow someone doesn't know what they're doing or some architect got it wrong. But when you see this video, it does make you realize just how scary it is. This building is under construction. Nine buildings were evacuated as a precaution around this building, and they're working to assess it floor by floor and then yes, try to shore it up.

She had previously gone public last month detailing troubling behavior by Platner during the time that she dated him, But in new interviews now with CNN and The Washington Post, she claims that he violated her multiple times by sneakily removing condoms during sex.

The deadline is Monday for him to drop out. He still has not. We're going to have a lot more on what's happening with Graham Platner coming up.
