The California Democrat has publicly admitted to making mistakes in his marriage, but claims he has not broken any laws or House rules. Now, this woman, who has not been publicly identified, claims she experienced sexual assault and harassment at the hands of Gomez.

Authorities say eleven members of the Milligan University cycling team were on that training ride when they were struck. The driver is now facing the Hickeler manslaughter charges. Two of the dead were just sophomores in college. What an unbelievable tragedy.

Speaker 3: Saw their pictures where they looked like babies, I mean their college students, they're athletes, they looked like kids. This is a private I think Christian college they're in. But that's just something that's so devastating. Road do you know, we see teams and we know what these training sessions are like, and to think it wasn't gotten, it even happened.

Next up on the Run, the federal government will take action to deport the man who was operating that boat that capsized near the Statue of Liberty earlier this month. That capsized boat killed a woman and her five month old baby.

Speaker 3: GRD authority say not only was Manuel Hernandez operating the boat illegally, he is in the country illegally. Homeland Security says Hernandez, who was originally from El Salvador, entered illegally in Texas back in two thousand and seven. He has been charged in their deaths.

Speaker 2: Next up on the Run, the Texas team convicted of killing another teenager at a track meet, will be back in court today asking for a new trial. Carmelo Anthony was convicted back in June for stabbing Austin Metcalf during an altercation in the bleachers at a high school track meet. Last year. Anthony was sentenced to thirty five years in prison.

Speaker 3: His attorneys argue he was denied a fair trial and will be in court today pleading with a judge to grant a new trial. But they will be making that plea in front of a new judge. They successfully argued for the trial judge to be removed from this case for bias robes. They point to several things that the judge did, but something he said in an interview afterwards is that the he thinks the jury got it right. You can't go argue that I need a fair trial from the guy who thinks the first trial was already correct.

Let's head to Massachusetts. It was an unusually short day of testimony in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial. Following an afternoon break, the judge told jurors there would not be any more testimony due to quote an unforeseen circumstance, adding, this is not something we saw coming, and jurors shouldn't hold it against anyone in the case because it's out of their control.

Speaker 3: This happens, okay, So before this all mysteriously ended, the day began with the forensic psychologist, doctor Paul Ziell back on the stand. The defense had the doctor tell jurors how it's not unusual for someone to perform routine tasks while also in a psychotic state. Of course, Lindsay Clancy, the thirty six year old mom, maintained she was not criminally responsible for killing her three young children because, of course rope. She says she was suffering from postpartum psychosists.

Speaker 2: Yes, the prosecution got its chance to cross examine and got him to acknowledge that Lindsay has not said she's ever heard voices again since the murders. That was fairly significant because she says it was that voice that told her to kill her children. They also brought up hospital reports about how Lindsay was spending her kid's birthdays subsequent what would have been their birthdays and Anna versus and how she was playing games and socializing, and so it didn't paint a pretty picture of her. Don't know how far that goes or went with jurors, but the judge also allowed both sides to question that TikToker outside of the jury's presence, the judge ultimately ruling that the defense cannot call her to this stand, but they can submit records about hospital staffing at the time of Lindsay's admission.
