Speaker 1: That's right, One person was killed another three injured in a shooting at a high school graduation. This happened in Fairfield, California, And just for perspective, that's just north of San Francisco.

Speaker 3: When I first saw the headline as high school graduation, my first thought is Oh my god, all those kids were sitting in their seats and graduating.

An eighteen year old was pronounced dead on the scene, and then the ages of the other victims twenty five, twenty and eleven years old. As of this recording robes, they did not have updated conditions on those three who were shot.

She even said he chose this well. Pelly took issue with that character, and I would say it's fair to say he flat out called Barry Wise a liar.

Speaker 1: R Yes, that's right, and the case has drawn national attention. Anthony, who was black, admitted to stabbing Metcalf, who is white, during an altercation, but he is claiming self defense. And I have to say this one. I know, maybe I use jaw dropping too often, but this one did just that. Anthony supporters expressing outrage that the jury does not include a single black juror, Babe, how does that happen in twenty twenty six?

Speaker 3: Worst case scenario for this case that has been all these racial undertones, all this racial heat that's been attached to this. This is the absolute wrong thing, because you can already argue he's not getting a fair shake, he's not getting in a jury of his peers.

Speaker 1: Next up on the Run, the search for the last two missing miners and Laos was expected to resume today. The rescue effort had to be halted once again yesterday because of monsoon rains.

Speaker 3: Yeah, there was success, of course, and reason for hope and joy after those first five missing miners were all rescued over the weekend. Rest of your teams say they found a new two hundred foot shaft that they hope could lead to a chamber where they think the two missing men might be. And a reminder ropes they have been there down there quite some time. They do not have signs of life of these other two. There was some back and forth about whether knocking knocking was heard and who was it really, so they don't know for sure if they even heard that knocking.

Speaker 1: All right, let's hope they can get down there today. Next up on the Run, all the hostages were rescued and their captor killed by police after a nearly two days standoff in California. It all began on Tuesday around one pm local time, when a man believed to have an improvised explosive device strapped to his body barricaded himself in a Chase Bank building in downtown Bakersfield.

They had been in contact with the suspect over the past couple days, but the situation was resolved when the FBI decided to breach the building. Suspect was then killed. All ten hostages were found unhorned but robes. They said that also some of the hostages had things strapped to them as well.
