The Cajun Navy, along with the Governor of Mississippi have called Ben Crump a liar for repeating what a member of the Navy said during a Nancy Grace interview about what clothing Wells was found in, after discovering his body. We go over the facts of the case, and how the confusion and finger pointing continue, as the mystery into his death deepens.

He stood in front of the nation for all to see at this press conference and said that Nolan Wells was found fully clothed robes if he was out with friends, the pictures we're seeing him in shorts and no sure every picture we have seen is him out dressed like everybody else, in swim trunks robes.

Someone had to have seen something, and we're not getting all the information.

Let's explain where this came from in the first place. So Ben Crump got in front of everybody robes at the presser, made this grand pronouncement, and that got everybody's attention.

Now, where would Ben Crump possibly get this? Why did he say this? And again, the Cajun Navy, it's a group of volunteers essentially folks who have boating experience and even have boats and owned boats, who are considered them like a volunteer firefighter group. These are volunteer search and rescue guys that started at Katrina. I didn't realize, Oh wow, did they form kind of orgagganically around Katrina.

As I recall, Nolan was face down, still fully clothed, on the beach. Is that correct? That was her question? But this now, Robes, is how the guy from the Cajun Navy answered that question.

It was not uncommon for the body to have washed up right there. That being said, that area is full of rip currents really strong. Right there goes from two to three feet to twenty feet pretty much within a couple of steps. So that being said, whatever happened happened really really close to where the body was found.

They followed up by saying, or the guy who was doing the interview from the age and Avery, this was to clarify in a different interview, I just agreed with her because the body was clothed. Maybe I should have corrected her. He was clothed, meaning he had his shorts on from what we could see. That also makes sense to me, but Robes that they should have cleared that up. It's not crazy to think that people thought he was fully clothed based on the guy's answer who found him?

Already, they had put out a message on X because already they were trying to say the public calm down, you all need to stop putting out this misinformation. Only thirteenth they said, misinformation being put out about the case has to stop. It's not just social media derelics anymore. We now have attorneys and media sources sharing pictures and videos that are known to be debunked. Cease and desist or you will be exposed. That was before this latest back and forth robes about fully clothed or not. And then on July twenty second, things take a bit of a turn robes and it gets a little unfortunate.

Please don't misrepresent our works. And then they went on to put another one out that said the fact that some people misinterpreted what fully clothed means is irrelevant at this point Nolan Wells was discovered wearing only the swim trunks he was photographed in the day he went missing. The real issue is that Attorney Crump falsely stated during his press conference that the United Cajun Navy told Nolan's family that he was found fully clothed, and then went on further to invent a story about him wearing a shirt. None of this is true, and at no time did we ever discuss what we witnessed during the recovery with his family. We understand the controversy drives likes and clicks, but people need to keep their eye on the ball. Misinformation has harmed this investigation and the community of Ocean Springs, Mississippi. We will continue to call out misinformation when we see it and correct it with facts.

He went on to say, Jackson County Law Enforcement and the Mississippi Department of Public Safety is conducting an investigation, and I'm confident both will deal with the facts of this case wherever the facts lead them. The autopsy from the state Medical Examiner will be completed at the appropriate time, and that may be the next set of facts seen in this case, while Crump and Sharpton and their ILK don't care about the facts. Wow, that was unnecessary, ILK, and it just it just fuels the fire, It fuels the hatred, it fuels the US versus them mentality. And that's the tough part about this.

It's been implied that they're not taking it seriously. They're rushing to the assumption that white people would not have done harm to a black teenager. So, yes, they're offended. Right, then you've got the black community offended that they don't believe Nolan Wells case has been handled with the same respect and integrity that it would have been if it had been a white person. You got the Navy upset that they are being accused of not representing their group correctly, and you got the family's attorney upset that he's being accused of grand standing. I mean, it's just everyone's personally offended.

Not true. We have never spoken with Trump and we certainly didn't tell the parents anything like that. Did the United Cajun Navy president get taken out of context during an interview? In the meantime, there were protests yesterday, a peaceful march asking for answers, asking questions. Some of Nolan's friends are giving interviews to podcasters and the press, all of them talking about how much they loved their friend, and one even saying that they didn't feel safe going to his funeral because if the death threats that are going on. This is a really volatile situation that's going on down there in Ocean Springs, Maryland. And it's a shame because at his funeral, Sorry, what did I say, Maryland? Wow, I don't know where my brain is Ocean Springs, Mississippi, near the Gulf Port area there. And look, this is sad because we saw such a unifying moment there at his funeral just a week ago. But the division is real and until we actually get some concrete answers and those facts that the government was talking about, unfortunately, this is likely to continue until we actually get word about what that medical examiner's report shows happened to Nolan Wells.

Not true. We have never spoken with Trump and we certainly didn't tell the parents anything like that. Did the United Cajun Navy president get taken out of context during an interview? The bottom line is that no one was only wearing swim trunks when found. That's a fact that can't be refuted. In the meantime, there were protests yesterday, a peaceful march asking for answers, asking questions. Some of Nolan's friends are giving interviews to podcasters and the press, all of them talking about how much they loved their friend, and one even saying that they didn't feel safe going to his funeral because if the death threats that are going on. This is a really volatile situation that's going on down there in Ocean Springs, Maryland. And it's a shame because at his funeral, Sorry, what did I say, Maryland? Wow, I don't know where my brain is Ocean Springs, Mississippi, near the Gulf Port area there. And look, this is sad because we saw such a unifying moment there at his funeral just a week ago.
