Trump has announced the blockade is back at the Strait of Hormuz, and that the U.S. will charge nations to pass through, calling us the “guardian” of the vital passageway. He also announced who he wanted to fill Lindsey Graham’s Senate seat, and the SC Governor just complied, appointing Graham’s sister, Darline. Trump is also dealing with a massive legal beatdown from a judge who eviscerated him for his $10 billion dollar lawsuit against the IRS, an agency he oversees as President. This is the case. That's before this judge robes. She is the first one who legally has said what everybody else was saying.

The lawsuit was not brought to vindicate rights. It was brought to manipulate the judicial process to pursue benefits unavailable in litigation. Because the parties were not adverse.

One of them Robes she said, can't be in the court for a year, is not allowed to argue in district court for a year, and the other one is being referred for disciplinary action. I believe there's going to be some elections going on. We don't know if she is going to even consider making an official run for his seat, but we know this about Darlene Graham Nordown. She has no political experience. But look, hey, that's not necessarily a bad thing these days.

She has been working in vocational rehabilitation, so it helps people with disabilities find employment in South Carolina. And right now her official title is she is a commissioner for the South Carolina Commission for the Blind. So she seems to have a really impressive resume and seemingly a really good, big heart.

He then made a settlement with himself, yes, and agreed with himself to create that one point seven seven six billion dollar anti weaponization fund that was supposed to go to people who thought they had been harmed by the Biden deministration. This is the case. That's before this judge robes. She is the first one who legally has said what everybody else was saying.

And frankly, when you look at this story, and if you haven't, this is a story that we need to highlight and point to because this is absolute insanity legally speaking, democratically speaking. How can you sue an agency for a wrong that you say was leveled against you? And this, by the way, is all because he claims they basically, yes, they gave they they gave out information, private information about his tax returns, and that.

So finally a judge said that, and they said that he improperly employed this lawsuit to justify a particular reward. She said the President acted in bad faith. And this was a good line right here. The lawsuit was not brought to vindicate rights. It was brought to manipulate the judicial process to pursue benefits unavailable in litigation. Because the parties were not adverse.

The judge that were three lawyers in particular, one of them being Todd Blanche did refer or asked that copies of her ruling be mailed to the bar in New York and DC DC is where Todd Blanche is, and he already has some disciplinary action, wants it to go to that group. One of them Robes she said, can't be in the court for a year, is not allowed to argue in district court for a year, and the other one is being referred for disciplinary action. It's so bad that the lawyer's action so poorly that the bar is looking into their conduct.

I mean, this is what he made, this recommendation twenty four hours. He didn't even wait. I don't even know if it was twenty four hours since news of Lindsay Graham's death spread around the world by Saturday night.

And so we just got word that South Carolina's Governor, Henry McMaster, has abided by what Trump's wishes were and he has just officially appointed Lindsey Graham's sister, Darlene to fill his Senate seat until January. I believe there's going to be some elections going on. We don't know if she is going to even consider making an official run for his seat, but we know this about Darlene Graham Nordown. She has no political experience. But look, hey, that's not necessarily a bad thing these days.

So she's very aware of the system and she's been involved in his campaign. But she's the mother of two. She's nine years younger than her brother, Lindsay, so that would put her at sixty two years old. She had look and she her work is noble. She has been working in vocational rehabilitation, so it helps people with disabilities find employment in South Carolina. And right now her official title is she is a commissioner for the South Carolina Commission for the Blind. So she seems to have a really impressive resume and seemingly a really good, big heart.

And so they have a very close relationship. And he actually told reporters that she could be his first lady if he were named president. That's how close they were.
