But rogues we saw them yesterday. Big day, certainly for the King. I guess yesterday was the biggest day on his schedule because he was busy with the President and he was busy with Congress.

Speaker 1: That's right. He made a speech to the Joint Session of Congress. Then he was a guest of honor at the state dinner at the White House last night. It's always fun seeing all of those pictures, images and videos. I just it's been cool to see it all take place here in the United States. It's a big deal.

Speaker 3: It's a big deal to see the President of the United States standing next to and smiling with a leader from the ukha Brett, there's a British leader he likes, not Kure Starmer. So it has been interesting to see that. But a big emphasis has been Yes, this partnership and es, this is the one we learned about in school. We declared independence from this guy and his family and his family line, and to see us to have this this is a special alliance and relationship. And he did highlight that and his speech and in several parts of this trip. So that is a good reminder and a part of our history.

Speaker 1: I do think it's cool when you think about the perspective of the fact that the King and the Queen came here to honor and celebrate along with us our two hundred and fiftieth anniversary, which marks our separation from that very country. There's a lot of care and a lot of planning put into a state dinner like this, and the President credited Melania Trump for all of it. But yes, we can go over the menu. It was always fun to see what they ate. First course garden vegetable. I don't even know how to say this French word.

Speaker 3: I just got the The crim fresh ice cream looked particularly tasty to me. I don't know what these other things where I can't pronounce them. There's some White House honey. There's something included by White House honey. And then they had wines from I think a couple of these were British wines. And then there's a Hopkins venue. I think this one one's from Virginia as well. But look, it's fancy stuff and you have to put these on. It's very we don't do these that often robes. But well, look it's it's a part of it. But like I said this, over a moment, you forgot that we had any issue with the Brits and we even are at war. Sometimes it's just typical to juxtapose those images sometimes, but it's it's okay, it's it's part of the responsibility as president.

It's he doesn't have any real power, but the power could be in mending fences and building that bridge between the two countries that has been broken, maybe not completely shattered, but certainly damaged. But they also put out a statement saying they're confident that they'll be able to demonstrate they are not in any way in violation of anything they need to.

Speaking of accusations, former FBI director and frequent Trump pain in the butt James Comy has now been indicted again over a picture of seashells he posted to Instagram. In May of last year. A grand jury handed up the indictment, which accuses Comy of threatening the life of the president.

THEOJ says that Comy knowingly and willfully made a threat to take the life of, or to inflict bodily harm upon, the President of the United States. Comed he has already come out. He put out a video saying he's innocent, still not afraid, and he will fight this. Remember they tried to indict him once before.
