Love Island (EP 26): Transformative Movie Night, K.C. And Aniya Come Out On Top

Love Island (EP 26): Transformative Movie Night, K.C. And Aniya Come Out On Top

Sooooo many lessons learned after the islanders were forced to watch some of their bad behavior displayed for the world to see. It was painful to watch, sure, but that discomfort led to some epiphanies for several cast members, most notably K.C. The conversation prompted by Aniya’s apology to him after movie night was over, was actually a beautiful moment to watch. K.C. is back and Aniya confirmed to all of us, why we like her so much. We also discuss the tough aftermath for both Sincere and Kenzie, and while our hearts go out to Melanie, we have different feelings towards Dylan. Also, we go over who is surprisingly, becoming one of our favorite islanders, and who we think will be kicked out of the villa after tonight’s recoupling.

00:00:02
Speaker 1: Hey, that folks. It is Friday, July third, and Love Island episode twenty six is in the books. Case's making a comeback. And with that, welcome to this episode of Amy and TJ. Should I start with the I told you so?

00:00:18
Speaker 2: Well, they don't even know the I told you so?

00:00:20
Speaker 1: Do they?

00:00:20
Speaker 2: Because we had a conversation It was yesterday morning.

00:00:23
Speaker 1: Actually, sure we didn't do this on one of the episodes.

00:00:25
Speaker 2: Maybe you mentioned it, but it's just fresh in the mind because we had a conversation in the kitchen yesterday morning before last night's episode aired, and Sabine, it was Sabine, me and you and Sabine and I were saying why we didn't like KC. And you were saying, give the DoD a break. He's hurt. He just is emotionally immature, doesn't know how to express that hurt, and it comes out as arrogant or arrogance.

00:00:54
Speaker 1: Yes, I just And I know everybody's been beating up on KC. And we're laughing here a little bit about it. And I get where people are coming from, and women in particular are coming from, is that everybody's like, which one is the real case? They're all the real case.

00:01:06
Speaker 2: I think I asked that question.

00:01:07
Speaker 1: They're all the real guy, and it's just I didn't necessarily find it redemptive maybe with the audience, but what I found is just him maturing a little bit, him calming down a little bit, him having a better moment. And those were ugly moments, but we all have them, and we just shouldn't dismiss people at hand. And this is just an.

00:01:29
Speaker 2: Example of Yes, there was a moment last night we had a well, we had a party going on. It was TJ and his angels, jesuscribing, very talkative Ange. Well, Charlie didn't have as many How many girls were on the couch last night with.

00:01:43
Speaker 1: You, I'm actually I'm missing the five or six.

00:01:46
Speaker 2: I think there were six.

00:01:48
Speaker 1: They had six now, okay, okay, so and me watching Love Island.

00:01:53
Speaker 2: On one couch. But there was a moment when Casey and I I had that breakthrough conversation where Casey realized how he looked and how he actually was treating folks, and what the impact of his words were and how he just how he appeared saying what he said, and it all hit him at once, and there was just this realization and then a softness to him and an acknowledgement to him, and it was just a breakthrough moment. And you looked I looked over at you, and you were like, you looked at had the look I told you so on your face.

00:02:27
Speaker 1: Never said a word, You didn't say it. As all the girls were talking it out and figuring it out and trying to figure out how to feel about Casey, I just sat there and grinned, Yes, I just sa and it's okay, bro, it's okay. I understand he messed up. We all do. Everybody has done it, and people just I just hated that people were so quick to dismiss him or put him in a particular category and say this is it. He's a bad guy. No, I just never thought that. I just don't think that about people in general. And to see the shift and you saw this happen with him almost a maturity. He just had one of the best moments I think and teaching moments of his life. And we all got to see it.

00:03:08
Speaker 2: Agreed, And I think Movie Night, as ugly as it got in moments, was incredibly transformative because think about it, all of us, as you point out, behave badly. But when we remember it. We remember it defensively. Well, it's because of this, and I was just trying to say that, and I was just trying to prove this, yep. But when you are forced with video evidence to sit there and watch exactly what you said and watch in front of all the people who you were talking about, man, that is undeniable, and you have to acknowledge, holy hell, that looked bad. You know what was going on in your head, you know what was in your heart, but sometimes it doesn't look like that to anybody else. And when you have to confront it and see it and hear it and look at everyone's reactions to it, all of a sudden you're like, oh, wow, turns out I'm the problem.

00:04:01
Speaker 1: But we had to watch the first reaction, which often is on this show and in real life, defend, defend. That's why I got so heated on movie night. It wasn't until afterwards when cooler heads could prevail. But in that moment, we gotta fight. I gotta defend, I gotta point out, I gotta point the finger back. All that ugliness that happens, yes, it usually happened that. That's the fight. I think all the fights you have in life with your significant other. In the moment, man, you just want to defend, you want to attack, and then later on you come back and say, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. I didn't mean that right, But in the moment, it's so hard, and so we saw it. In the moment, babe, it sucked and it was ugly and I hate it moving. I hate movie.

00:04:42
Speaker 2: But I think, like in real life, no one likes a fight. I hate fighting with you. I hate being in conflict with anyone. But it's that conflict that always leads to a better understanding. I shouldn't say always, sometimes leads to a better understanding, and it allows you to transform, to change, to evolve. But you have to get uncomfortable in order to change. And I actually appreciated and Naya kind of set the ball in motion walking over in front of all the boys and just said, I'm sorry. I should not have stood up, I should not have yelled at you, I should not have been aggressive like that. I apologize again.

00:05:24
Speaker 1: And that was I think that was, Yes, that was I'm trying to think of another. Their relationship being salvage was because of that moment, was because of her. She softened everything, and she actually gave him an okay to now apologize. It was like, okay, I got something from Hi. I'm not saying he wasn't being arrogant, but in his mind and his ego, for that moment to happen, it gave him permission, at least his ego permission to go ahead and give back and go ahead and be vulnerable. She that was a very very good move. She was right in doing so. He was wrong and standing up as well. I can't remember if he apologized he did about that, And.

00:06:03
Speaker 2: Then it allowed for that later conversation where we were all on the couch going oh all, but it took a couple days to get to that of some very uncomfortable conversations. But then faced with what they saw on television in front of everyone, there was a reckoning and there was an acknowledgment of bad behavior on everyone's or for a lot of folks. And I just this is why I love the show. This it does replicate real life. It is sociology. One on one. You are watching the interpersonal relationships of folks who are experiencing all the same emotions we do. And yes they're younger than many of us, But it doesn't mean that we all don't still act like that. It takes a lot to learn how to correct behavior and how to acknowledge and recognize emotions that maybe aren't even grounded in reality, but actually maybe deep seated from past trauma. But it's just so interesting to watch other people work through it and then you can also recognize it in yourself.

00:07:05
Speaker 1: That the trick and the reason this is so heated Roades is because they're working through it like the most all of us do. But how are they working through it on a shortened timeline. Yeah, that's pressure. They're working through it in a competition, that's pressure. They're working through it in front of cameras. That's pressure. They're working through it at an age and point in their life where they are not actually well equipped. That's so true to deal with all that, which makes this an explosive show, and some will say it makes it a brilliant show. But when you're twenty twenty one, twenty two, twenty five, twenty six, twenty seven, you can't handle a relationship in the real world on a real timeline. Put them in this and this is what you get. And that's I guess that's what makes it a good show, and a lot of reasons. But rhaps this is just this is just human nature and we're seeing it play out, and you talk about him. This is the problem Robes with sincere is that he hasn't learned a lesson from any of the behavior. Even k C right, even.

00:08:08
Speaker 2: K C agreed got it, case came out on top. Concer did not.

00:08:13
Speaker 1: You can see and change behavior. He has had a lot of opportunities to.

00:08:18
Speaker 2: Be well aware, Melanie.

00:08:20
Speaker 1: Of the behavior. Where do you go after him?

00:08:22
Speaker 2: Well, he was just like, he goes back and starts deflecting, deflecting, deflecting, starts pointing the finger. He pointed the finger at Anaya. He started like, but eventually he said, I know the way that I move is disrespectful. He said, that was his quote. That was the aha moment, But I just felt like it fell flat and fell short. He said he was a people pleaser.

00:08:44
Speaker 1: Yes, and you know what, there were moments where its well maybe it was one sentence. I might have leaned over and said that was the first moment he's ever acknowledged maybe he has a problem. But it didn't go that far. Now, nothing went far enough. Maybe he will have a moment. I don't think anyone thought k C could redeem himself to the audience, at least sincere has shown me nothing. I started out really liking him, thought he was just gonna be fun and a good time. He maybe he'll come around.

00:09:10
Speaker 2: Maybe he's on the road. Because now everyone, even the guys, were like, dude, WHOA like they didn't know? Yeah, yes, I think when all was throughout and not all was shown by the way, there was plenty more people were complaining that when he said he didn't even recognize Melanie, he forgot what her face looked like like that wasn't included. People are all upset that some of his worst moments weren't included in the montage, but enough were included that he did have to face what he was doing, how he was operating, and how he was manipulating everyone. And so I was just curious, is people pleasing a legit excuse? I've talked about it. I recognize some of the same things where you don't want to hurt people, but it is truly about your insecurity because you don't want people not to like you. It's if you really think about it, it's less about not wanting to hurt someone else. It's not wanting to feel upset hurting someone else. You're still worried about how you're going to feel if you hurt someone.

00:10:05
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we get that about Sincere. Maybe he will, I don't know if he will come around rdes and just he hasn't. And it didn't seem like watching the stuff last night, Oh excuse me, watching movie night, his clips, it didn't seem like he had a breakthrough moment necessarily, he didn't.

00:10:21
Speaker 2: Look he didn't react the way Casey did, which I mean Casey honestly handled it so well, and Anya gave him a path to walk down, which was amazing. Now Kenzi, I thought, actually took it and she recognized.

00:10:35
Speaker 1: I do.

00:10:36
Speaker 2: Everyone said Kenzie is the female Sincere, and I think Kita actually flat out said that to her, and she said, enough of the drama, like girl, you are the drama. And so I do think she kind of just sat with it. She didn't get all defensive a little bit. She did try to say once again that for her, kissing is like a handshake, it's a greeting. But she got quiet, she was listening, and I think it all hit her and I think she recognized that what she did hurt people look good.

00:11:08
Speaker 1: She had to, she had to see it. That's that's fine. I just I don't know how I feel about and how I have felt she's I don't know. I don't react to her the same way I've almost even Corbyn has moved ahead of her for me in complexity and people, I'm trying to understand. I'm just I'm kind of I don't know. She's just sick.

00:11:31
Speaker 2: Corbyn is becoming our favorite. It's unbelievable.

00:11:34
Speaker 1: I believe it.

00:11:35
Speaker 2: You want to know why, because he's just He says it exactly how he sees it. He keeps it short and sweet, and he kind of nails the timing. It's perfectly said, succinctly put and kind of funny.

00:11:47
Speaker 1: I don't think he's being manipulative in any way in the show. He's just what he is.

00:11:51
Speaker 2: Man, you know what, you just nailed it. That is why Corbyn's growing on me, because he is not look up. People have talked about how he might not be the brightest ball, but okay, the other side of that is he's not going too deep into some manipulation or some complicated thing to make sure his ego is okay.

00:12:09
Speaker 1: He's not gonna out Fox's.

00:12:12
Speaker 2: And he's so okay to say, Wow, I like you, You're just like me, You're hot, like you know, he just fucks with you.

00:12:19
Speaker 1: I Fox without connection. Man, he just.

00:12:23
Speaker 2: Says it the way he thinks it. He's authentic. Whether you like him or not, He's okay with it because he's kind of that guy where like, take me or leave me, this is who I am, and with all the other antics going on, he kind of is a breath of fresh air.

00:12:38
Speaker 1: Yeah. On the first movie night, he was just nailing it with his one liners and was just chilling, just bro. He was just accepting it. He was taking the lumps. He's never gotten into it with anybody raising his voice, not that his voice could go higher, but he hasn't done any of that stuff. Who knew? But again, Robe, the arc of this show, there is no arc. The arc. There are many arcs, And I can't believe how many times we love somebody then we hate them, and then we love them then we hate them. And I just didn't think Corbin was gonna come around and become a fave.

00:13:08
Speaker 2: That's been one of my unanticipated yet welcome surprises that Corbyn is now suddenly someone who I actually am rooting for. Movie Parmida, Sorry, I can't get behind her. Actually, there were people online who dislike Parmita so much that they actually want Corbin and Kenzie to get back together.

00:13:24
Speaker 1: Okay, I'm not gonna go that.

00:13:26
Speaker 2: I was reading some of the Reddit threads and I was like, honestly, I wouldn't be upset about that either, because oh, you'll love this. Folks are turning on Dylan. They're calling him creepy, they're calling him weird, they want him off the show again. Do you feel validated? I wanted to make sure I brought that up to you.

00:13:45
Speaker 1: I didn't know he were saying that online about him, though.

00:13:47
Speaker 2: They are okay, and he is kind of getting creepy.

00:13:50
Speaker 1: Now get creepy because you.

00:13:52
Speaker 2: Invested in what, in whom?

00:13:55
Speaker 1: Why?

00:13:57
Speaker 2: It's yes, people are questioning his motives.

00:14:00
Speaker 1: Oh he's so sweet. He's been hurt by Kinsey. He's crying. I thought that was the story on him.

00:14:05
Speaker 2: He's coming off as creepy.

00:14:07
Speaker 1: Now I can't believe you hurt me. I'm crying. He pressed my eyeball even harder. See if I get a tear to come out.

00:14:16
Speaker 2: All right, when we come back.

00:14:17
Speaker 1: We're done with the Dellan conversation.

00:14:19
Speaker 2: I could do a whole well, we could do that. We've got plenty of time if you want to get on your Dylan train.

00:14:25
Speaker 1: Well, really, what are they saying about him? Now? He's creepy.

00:14:28
Speaker 2: They want him to.

00:14:29
Speaker 1: Go, so they think he is. He's playing the audience, he's playing to get him.

00:14:33
Speaker 2: There's just there is a there is a vibe about him that is off putting. I think that's the way to put it. And I think it is because it feels possibly inauthentic and possibly manufactured, and like he is playing a game, and yet he wants us all to believe that's who he is. And so there's just there's an energy coming off of him that people are not liking.

00:14:55
Speaker 1: You know what, audiences will react, right, we were upset to see gall pipulate Gin. We're upset to see Sincere manipulate me, Melanie. But we're seeing it within that story. Within the show. Dylan seems like he's manipulating us and that we will not go for you think we're gonna fall for what you doing. Like we could look at Gaul and say you know what, no, gin don't go for it. We can yet like we're rooting for her. Dylan is personal. You actually think we're gonna vote you on the show. It seems like he's trying to fool me personally. That's a different level of stuff. Even I'm not even gall pissed me off while he did. Yeah, I don't. I don't feel as as hard harshly about him as I do doing you had been beginning, Oh sorry, might be a wonderful guy. This is not the place for him. I'm like, come on, man.

00:15:56
Speaker 2: Oh my goodness. All right, when we come back, we're gonna talk about I'm going to I think it's a shared a shared feeling. But our biggest disappointment about movie night and no one has nothing to do with Melanie and Sincere and the recoupling tonight. I want to get it straight too, because there's going to be a vote and there's a recoupling. We'll tell you who we think, and I think it's pretty obvious who's going to pick whom and who's going to be left out and kicked out of the villa. And welcome back everyone to our Love Island edition of Amy and TJ episode twenty six and look, I really liked last night because there were any time lessons are learned, it feels like something good came out of all the ugliness. Much like life, there is this I feel like I can take a deep breath and say, okay, who we are evolving and people are learning and I'm learning watching them. So I love all of that. And the one thing I was disappointed by in terms of the producing, I understand that the drama cells and it gets people talking, but I wanted some I wanted a dopamine hit. And the dopamine hit was gonna come from watching a movie clip, a reel of Trinity and Bryce and what they said about each other when the other wasn't watching, when the other didn't know. And I wanted there to be this warm, fuzzy, feel good feeling where those two actually got to see how beautifully the other talked about them, like the opposite of all the drama that the other couple saw.

00:17:37
Speaker 1: Look, there was a lot of editing that had to go into the last couple of episodes and the movie night, I mean the first movie night went. The episode was our twenty six minutes or something like that, So already it goes long, I guess. I mean, we didn't see what else behind the scenes? Who else do we miss? That was no corporin clip.

00:17:55
Speaker 2: Just him with Kenzie. That was Yes, it was.

00:17:58
Speaker 1: Part of the k C clip sincere clip, but it wasn't something just about him. Who else did we not see behavior?

00:18:03
Speaker 2: Well, it was him and Parmita making out and going crazy and him saying some stuff about Kenzi.

00:18:07
Speaker 1: But did they get everybody they needed to in terms of the drama.

00:18:11
Speaker 2: I think they missed some of the drama that people are complaining about, but they did hit the big, Yes, the big I can't believe he said that. I think Zach got off pretty easy as well, Like a lot of people are complaining about that. So just that Moore should have been shown about his bad behavior or things he was saying or I was even kind of hoping for a montage of Bryce and Zach and all the different ways they have become a couple behind the scenes that the girls don't necessarily know.

00:18:40
Speaker 1: I thought that was a missed opportunity that would have been good.

00:18:42
Speaker 2: They could have shown all these little intimate moments that the two of them have had, and I would like to have seen Trinity and Kata's reaction to it.

00:18:50
Speaker 1: But yeah, I guess robes the opportunity. You know what, maybe they showed them a clip and it wasn't that good in terms of the reaction. It wasn't that good a drama, It wasn't that sweet, it wasn't that powerful. Maybe they did, or maybe they just left it out.

00:19:02
Speaker 2: It would have been a nice way to button it up instead of Melanie's storming off upstairs and sleeping alone with that damn owl. That owl was freaky, by the way I was laughing.

00:19:11
Speaker 1: That was your concern with that thing?

00:19:12
Speaker 2: I mean owls. Have you seen The Fourth Kind? That's all I have to say.

00:19:18
Speaker 1: No, I don't remember seeing.

00:19:19
Speaker 2: The fourth Really remember that horror movie? Oh, if you don't remember an owl, it's out. It's all about the owl? Is the alien? Oh my god, the Fourth Kind? If you haven't seen it any like horror.

00:19:30
Speaker 1: Movies, that was a metal thing.

00:19:31
Speaker 2: No, it's it's an owl. We should watch that movie tonight. You'll you've seen it. It'll all come back to you right now.

00:19:38
Speaker 1: But no, the owl didn't bother me. All of that stuff is bothering me. The Melanie stuff is just it's exhausting.

00:19:45
Speaker 2: She needs to she needs to move.

00:19:47
Speaker 1: On long time ago. Yeah, just make that decision. And again I speak in such a way. Well, I say this to my my close female friends over the year. This is the advice I give and the council I give. So it's not just telling women what to do. I just where there are people you care about you don't want. Your recommendation or your advice to Melanie would be to what get away from him? And I know it's hard to do in all those things, but at some point we have to stop calling him a bastard and stop calling him a dog, and stop calling him manipulative. We knew this after the second incident, right, I'm just We're you give him a chance, give him a chance, give him a chance, give him another chance, and he begs for another. It just I know it's his responsibility and it's his behavior, but you got it. The way to stop the behavior is to remove that behavior from your life, and you can. You just have to do that. Will that make him act any differently, move any differently? I don't know. And now Robes all the other women are kind of no longer options anyway, So now he's just left with her to a certain degree. So that is that gonna make her feel about.

00:20:52
Speaker 2: Her last ninety said, it's always been Melanie. Do you believe that I'm laughing as I say it.

00:20:58
Speaker 1: I do believe that. I honestly believe that he just chose to not show her that you can make you can make Melanie feel special every single day and there if you choose to. And he just made very bad decisions, right, That's just I wish she would have ended this a long time ago and they might be a wonderful couple by now because he would have learned the lesson. He still hasn't learned it.

00:21:25
Speaker 2: That's actually really true, because if she had walked away for real, he would have earned her love back, or he would have tried. He Yeah, they I guess he felt like he had the he had the space, and she liked him enough that he could do what he wanted to do.

00:21:44
Speaker 1: Man, when you get that permission, when you hear that you could do or see, you can do whatever you want and she's still gonna be there, that is a dangerous time for a relationship for both of them, because now it makes him act even worse. He respects her even.

00:22:00
Speaker 2: Less see all this is this is literally life. I mean this, how many people have been are in that exact dynamic, and watching a play out on TV could actually spark people's You can recognize it in someone else and then all of a sudden you think, wait a minute, I'm doing that or I'm in that kind of a relationship and what I'm telling Melanie to do or what since your needs to do is what I need to do. I really think it's so fascinating. Anyway, The recoupling is tonight, do you I don't think this is going to be a big surprise. There are ten girls, there are nine boys. Don't you think? Who do you think is going to leave?

00:22:38
Speaker 1: Ten girl? I'm trying to make me.

00:22:39
Speaker 2: I can tell you who they are. Trinity, Kita, Anaya, t t, Kenzie, Jaden, Kenzy, j Melanie Amora and Jen.

00:22:48
Speaker 1: Melanie Amra and Jen So Mora and Jen. One of the two of them has to go agreed, right, So Mora and Jen. I'm trying to think what guy.

00:22:57
Speaker 2: Is so is gall going to pick? The guys have nine? So all the guys are going to survive.

00:23:02
Speaker 1: Caleb is good with Jayden.

00:23:04
Speaker 2: Yes, even though Jayden's been trashing him behind his back.

00:23:08
Speaker 1: She hasn't even been on the show, because.

00:23:10
Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't. I don't know why she's there. And honestly, Caleb rely hasn't been on the show either. All they do is cut to him and show him look hurt because Kenzie hurt him.

00:23:19
Speaker 1: This is authentic, Dylan, take notes from him. Caleb is genuine from North Carolina. It's not Carolina.

00:23:27
Speaker 2: He's in Charleston.

00:23:28
Speaker 1: Where is Dylan from?

00:23:29
Speaker 2: Dylan? I don't know that that's he seems like he'd be from, like Ohio. I have no idea where he's from. He I don't know where he's from. I don't know because he just looks like he looks like midwestern. Yeah, he looks midwestern. Are you gonna look it up right now?

00:23:46
Speaker 1: Because it's gonna tell me a lot about him.

00:23:47
Speaker 2: Here are my guesses, and I think, again, I'm this isn't some big guests. I think this is fairly obvious. Bryce is going to pick Trinity, duh. Oh Yeah, yeah, he's gonna pick Cada, duh. Carl is gonna pick Anaya, Casey is gonna pick tt Dylan, your favorite is gonna pick Kenzie, even though he's hurt. Caleb is gonna pick Jaden Sincere is obviously gonna pick Melanie, and it's who Gall is gonna pick. I think that is gonna come down. Is he gonna pick a Mora? Or is he gonna pick Jen? Because now you know he was testing out a more He said he wanted to see you think she's pretty?

00:24:25
Speaker 1: Do you think that was real?

00:24:28
Speaker 2: I thought yes, because I don't. I don't think Gall likes Jen, and I don't think Jen likes golf. Well Jen did like Gaul, but now she doesn't know.

00:24:36
Speaker 1: He's really pissed, right, Yeah, okay, he has no choice.

00:24:38
Speaker 2: He's gonna he could pick Jen. Maybe why, I don't know. I think he's gonna pick a Mora. And I think Jen is the one who is going to be leaving the villa tonight. That's my prediction. I think Jen is going to be leaving the villa tonight. I'm okay with that. Seems nice. She hasn't really found her way in love or or yeah. She honestly, I'm nothing against her. I'm sure she's lovely. She just hasn't really brought anything to the show. No spice, no sasas, nothing really no love, no friendships. She even told Kenzie to her face, if we were in the villa, I wouldn't even be friends.

00:25:20
Speaker 1: What is Jen giving us for the show? Everybody has a role.

00:25:22
Speaker 2: Boobs, boobs, They're everywhere. That's all I can think of when I think of Jen. But then she gets upset because she's so used to everyone just lusting over her and feeling her up. So I do think she should probably leave the villa. I think her life will improve significantly when she's out of the villa.

00:25:39
Speaker 1: Oh true story to the audience here. We have been considering doing on the weekend like a compilation episode in which we kind of just do the best of for the week, right, maybe some bloopers, maybe the fun stuff, but just some edits from our week. I wish we had that going this weekend because I would definitely ask our editor to include the line you just had boobs, boobs always see us are boobs. I would love to edit you when you said that, you don't even realize what you said. So, yeah, what she didn't given us boobs?

00:26:11
Speaker 2: Boobs, boobs, It was just everything. That was all I can think of when I see her.

00:26:15
Speaker 1: She talks about them all the time she does.

00:26:17
Speaker 2: She even has like side boobs together. She and they're real. You can tell they're real and they're fabulous. But it's all I can think of. It's very funny. By the way, if we did do a best of, our worst of, if we start doing this, I think a fun one would be this week. I would have been the star of the show with my mispronunciations. I was stumbling all over the place this week. If you, if you put them all together, it would probably be a pretty damn funny episode. I'd laugh at myself and my inability to pronounce our mayor's name. What I stumbled on everything this week.

00:26:49
Speaker 1: We should do it Friday, but it's Friday. We made We made it so we had no I hate to say we made it because it sound like you survived. No, we had a good week in a lot of ways. We've got kids running around like crazy. This has been a very fun. Family is here. We are hosting a college friend of analy she's in the here with us as well. We got the parade of ships are going to go right past. I mean, we should sell tickets scrobes to our apartment. We're going to have such a great view of the air show and the show on the water. It's all good stuff. So let me not.

00:27:19
Speaker 2: Go ahead and make it to Friday. We earned our way to this day and we're gonna enjoy it every step of the way. Did you find out where Dylan's from?

00:27:27
Speaker 1: Let me just read what Peacock put out based on Dylan's Instagram. The Love Island USA Star is a model from Los Angeles, signed with Wilhelmina in Los Angeles, Select Model Chicago, and Ford Robert Black Agency in Arizona. Dylan has appeared in campaigns for Guests, Dick's Sporting Goods and Buckle. Dylan also appeared in the music video for Arsonists by Sienna Pereira. You know what that? Okay? Yeah, so I guess he's out a well coop to navigate the Choppy's avid world traveler, Barcelona, Athens, blah blah blah, big fan of fitness.

00:28:06
Speaker 2: Where was he born? Where was he born?

00:28:07
Speaker 1: I don't have a born. They got to he's a model in Los Angeles.

00:28:10
Speaker 2: They don't have a All right, well, he lives in Los Angeles, now, maybe he's from there. I didn't I didn't take him for that. We'll find out I'm gonna do some sleuthing.

00:28:16
Speaker 1: He's an aries.

00:28:19
Speaker 2: I don't know any aries. I actually I don't even know what month that is.

00:28:24
Speaker 1: April second is when he was born.

00:28:26
Speaker 2: I don't know anyone born in April. That's so interesting. It's so weird how that works, you know. I'm into some of that stuff.

00:28:32
Speaker 1: There was much Carl last night, was it?

00:28:34
Speaker 2: No? Look at not a lot of Carl that. Yeah, I was missing. I like the Carl. The Carl moments they're working for me.

00:28:41
Speaker 1: There you go, this is this is that sums up. Look at everybody's stance, everybody's posture.

00:28:47
Speaker 2: I'm sure he is hilarious. Casey for most of the night had his hands behind his head, slumped over and just had a disgusting look on his face because he was actually disgusted with himself. And you know what, some that's what it takes to improve and to move on and move up, and he has certainly done that. So I loved last night's episode. Hope y'all did too. We always appreciate you listening to us. I made me Roebuck alongside TJ. Holmes. We'll be watching tonight
