Thankfully, and surprisingly, throughout the episode we see the Villa girls and the Casa Amor girls actually put aside their differences and apologize for bad behavior. But things got sticky literally and figuratively during the cake challenge, with Megan Thee Stallion hosting the game looking fierce, and speaking truth to the boys! I got nothing on this one because of this was my least favorite Love Island episode yet and I don't feel good going forward. And with that, welcome to this episode of Amy and TJ. Speaker 2: I was gonna ask you why because I will say, at least now, there are some definite low lights that we can get into. But one of my highlights was we didn't have a lot of disturbing kissing, slurping, gross scenes like that was at least kept to a minimum in last night's episode.

Speaker 1: I actually even forgot about that. How could you, I guess you would say the robes. It's it's not just we're upset, or there's some things to work out, or feelings have been heard. It's taken a turn to some nastiness and a little meanness and a little tense that goes a little beyond we're just working things out, like hatred. We ain't there yet, but we're going in a direction. Robe that makes this feel like something I don't want to. I don't enjoy watching that type of emotion that's coming out. And people can say it's justified and whatnot, but it's it's getting nasty.

Speaker 2: Well, the opening scene was dramatic and traumatic because it was so real. I mean, at least it definitely felt like we were watching Anaya go through a panic attack on national television. And while that was incredibly heartbreaking to just see her devastation and she fell to the ground because she was so upset in the aftermath of Casey bringing t t back, but I thought, through that awful, hard to watch a moment, I saw something so beautiful Melanie. I loved watching her lift up her girl and be there for her, be that friend, and show what women can actually do for one another instead of tearing each other apart, which we've seen plenty of. But I actually thought that was such a beautiful moment.

Speaker 1: I agreed, and it's been cool to watch all of the women I guess certainly one of the highlights was ropesy and t T and Anaya have a conversation and whatever you thought about t T and how she came in and right you see her showing with a calmer head, some maturity in both of these ladies, understanding that we ain't the problem with each other. That was cool.

And then to even see like I, I mean, you know, I love Trinity, but she can she and I she holds her own, she sticks up for people she loves, and I also thought it was cool to see her in Parmida and her and Tet like the two came in and they came in swinging, and I don't think they made a good call doing that, but it was actually kind of shocking how within just a few hours they all seemed to calm down, be kind to one another, give each other, show each other grace, And that actually was that was wonderful to see because I didn't know it was going to go that way.

Speaker 1: That was a relief to see the women handle all that because I was worried about how the pole Parmita and t T thing was going to go down and meshing with the rest of the group. That was a relief Broes. I was really happy to see that, and I'm happy to see what the women seem to have together right now in that sisterhood. We'll see what happens to Parmeida. I'm not sure she's completely on board with the whole sisterhood yet. She said some things last night. I felt she could have gone a little farther chance.

Speaker 1: Soul keeps talking, so hasn't I thought she was going to do oviously, that she is going to be adored when she leaves. But now she's come out and she says some things that didn't You don't really don't really ingratiate yourself to the viewers in the public with some of the stuff she feels, how she feels and fine, so that Robes is the beauty what you're describing. My problems and my hatred for this episode came during the challenge when they got to spray each other throw cakes. It's turning into like these people seem to really not like each other beyond just you hurt my feelings and I'm crying or I'm mad or I'm gonna cush you out, Robes. It's I saw some nastiness last night that I hope they're able to get past. But the nastiness, and a lot of it has to do yes their responsibility they've done and the guys in particular, but some of the setup, you know, I have issue with with how the producers are now producing moments of the highest impact drama and I don't like that.

For the contestants. You know, they're upset, and by the way, they haven't even we'll get into movie night in a bit, but they haven't even seen what their men because the women really did not behave. I don't think that badly when they were when they had the costume, more boys.

It's really interesting because so much of Zach's behavior was left on the editing room floor because Alana was kicked out and they knew they tried to. The producers were trying to edit her out of the shows that had already been filmed. So we didn't see a lot of what Zach was doing in Casa Amore. We saw what Casey was doing, we saw Sincere was doing, but Zach really not that much. And apparently we didn't watch the After the Sun episode, but the costa girl said Zach was a horn dog, that he was all over everybody and he didn't get called out the same way the boys did. So I don't know if in Movie Night they're going to show some of this that we didn't actually see. But if the girls are upset now and we saw that displayed in the Challenge, I I mean maybe It's good they got some of that out of them, because there's gonna be a whole lot of tension coming here in just a bit.

Like they're just they seem to be really annoyed with each other right.

They are literally stuck with one another, and there's a lot of pent up emotions. Obviously there's a lot of there's a lot of kissing and a lot of physicality going on, but then when there's ad betrayal, temptresses, tempters.

You could just say I got caught up in the moment, but I'll be honest with you, I'm starting to feel that and it came out and I got you. Don't just dismiss when you say elle to a woman for the first time, she is listening, and if she doesn't return it, she still appreciated hearing it. Some women might freak out a little bit. It's a little early that kind of a thing. I don't think Kada's gonna do that. For him. That seemed like a very mean, I take it back thing to do.

That's confusing, and I actually agree with you. I didn't think about it as being mean, but that is mean. When you are toying with someone's emotions and you're telling them you feel a certain way and then you take it back, that's that is cruel because now you don't know how to feel. Now you don't know what to believe. Now you don't know if what he's saying is real or not.

And so someone wrote this, this is going to be Melanie's biggest test, since here's literally going to turn into a lying machine, and movie Night will reveal all. Melanie's gonna cry harder than Anaya. She's going to be saying, give me thirty this time. And when all that gets played out, when Amora is sitting there and everyone's waiting for Amra to sit her down and tell her what really happened between her and.

This is the perfect thing for her to be dressed in the way she was dressed, which is appropriate that she was just stunning all around, did a whole How long was her walk in? She was, and she was trying to give him a life preserve he wouldn't take it. It's making the stallion trying to give you some She could have saved him if he was willing to be saved.

It's really interesting because so much of Zach's behavior was left on the editing room floor because Alana was kicked out and they knew they tried to. The producers were trying to edit her out of the shows that had already been filmed. So we didn't see a lot of what Zach was doing in Casa Amore. We saw what Casey was doing, we saw Sincere was doing, but Zach really not that much. And apparently we didn't watch the After the Sun episode, but the costa girl said Zach was a horn dog, that he was all over everybody and he didn't get called out the same way the boys did. So I don't know if in Movie Night they're going to show some of this that we didn't actually see. But if the girls are upset now and we saw that displayed in the Challenge, I I mean maybe It's good they got some of that out of them, because there's gonna be a whole lot of tension coming here in just a bit.
