So then yes, we do a podcast. People are freaking out, lax. We've got some reports was in absolute chaos and turmoil, and suddenly, following an outcry from passengers, the airlines actually released a very effective statement.

This is a big deal to tell twenty million plus people that are part of TSA pre check, Oh, by the way, we're putting you in the regular line. You got twenty million plus people who are members of this who depend on it, who travel every single week, and to hear it's going to be shut down, it's going to impact them, not just those twenty million, but everybody else in the other lines who now have to deal with that.

And I bet a lot of people didn't know about this until they got to an airport. Can you imagine, lax, if you're in a hurry, can you imagine that traveler who gets to that TSA pre check line to be told we're closed, to a worker, to be told from a worker who is currently not being.

Speaker 2: Well, that's rob and a reminder of folks Christinome that last well Minneapolis, a lot was going wrong there and they sent home and in right they acknowledged things weren't going well. But it was that statement in how she stood by it after what was it? It was it was pretty's killing right, correct to which the statements she was making didn't match up at all with any two eyes that any human being had. And that was the one like, how could she be saying this? And it was it was so absurd, And that was the one that Robes got her to the end of the table and say quietly and correct.

Speaker 3: And that is when we started using the term gaslighting, where when someone tells you something is true and you're looking at that same thing and knowing it's not, you have to look at that person who's speaking complete falsities and.

Speaker 3: And that is exactly what it felt like this morning when she and the announcement of closing tsa pre check was to ensure basically so that you know, the regular everyday traveler was going to have no This had nothing to do with the everyday traveler. You were punishing everyone. You put everybody in one single file line at every airport around the country. That benefits no one except for you're putting pressure on people, you want to make decision earlier.

Speaker 3: I know some places are more salacious than others, but this one just jumped out Ice Barbie Sparks traveled chaos amid petty fight with Dems, and that is what she is looking at now. Those are the headlines she's up against now, and especially considering that they had to pretty quickly reverse course and recognize and they didn't acknowledge it in the official statement, but clearly they recognized this wasn't going their way.

It impacted your stress level, and we were willing to do that to you for the sake of what. I don't know, if we ever get to a point with politics, robes that at some point all the US can look at that and say, come on, y'all.

Speaker 3: Yeah, and to see they reverse course so quickly, thankfully they did, yes, But that just even feels ickier. They were reading the tea leaves, they were measuring the public response, and they recognized, oh, we're not going to win this one, okay, So then their initial reasoning behind it wasn't valid because if it really was to preserve the safety of the air, and if it really was to consider the regular passenger, then why would you reverse course? See that's the ickiness of it, Like by doing that, you're acknowledging.
