But the tone and some of the language used in the video suggested that the siblings may have communicated with a third party, offering to pay, so that they can have peace.

But Rose, based on this video, they do believe someone has their mom and it's possible to get her back by giving money, and that is what this message is, and that is different from the rest of them.
