Are there any gender stereotypes you genuinely believe? Do you ever wrestle with the thought, "Am I woman enough?"

Bonnie Pue & I had an amazing conversation about what God defines as feminine and masculine (and it doesn’t have anything to do with axe-throwing or shopping or cooking).The Bible is actually very broad in defining what masculine and feminine are.David danced and wrote music.

Nehemiah wept for his destroyed city.

Jesus longed to gather Jerusalem under His wing like a mother hen.

Jael drove a tent peg through Sisera's temple.

Junia was an apostle in the early church.

Reflection Questions:

- Are there any gender stereotypes I've been believing that have been informed by hurt or bitterness?

- Repent of that judgement & ask the Holy Spirit to speak His Truth over your mind and heart.

- Do you feel comfortable in the body God has given you? Express your insecurities to Him.

- Ask the Jesus how He views your identity in Him. Write down what you sense He is saying.
