Hey Tribe! It’s the last week of Power Moves December and we are closing out this year with a solo episode on The Power of YES! We recently discovered Open and it's truly become a constant for us. Open's functionality, versatility, and overall aesthetics have made it easy for us to stay inspired to motivated to really embrace breathwork and meditation into our routines -- they even have classes for on-the-go and under 10 minutes which is great for the superhuman juggle of Moming and self-care.
Anyways, we can go on but in short, we've noticed a huge difference in our stress, sleep, and overall mood since dedicating to practicing with Open and we are thrilled to be able to invite ya'll to join us on this app. (be sure to friend us once you're in!)
