Alex and Josh do an amazing job at keeping the content of the founders journal raw and honest. The podcast is formatted as a casual conversation and you can tell that it is not scripted. I have made listening to the founders journal part of my morning routine and find that it helps to get my days started off on the right foot!
This was a great episode that really showed the grind that Alex (or any founder) goes through on a daily basis. It’s great to get a peak into the mechanics of organizing a tight schedule in an efficient matter to best reach weekly goals.
The ideas and themes discussed in all the episodes are very helpful to anyone that works in or is thinking about joining a startup but once in a while having an episode that details the hectic and exhausting day that a founder goes through can really resonate with any kind of listener. Hopefully we will get more of these type of episodes in the future!
This is actually inspiring me to create my own podcast journal and it showed me that sharing your thoughts to the public is a good thing and you can learn more by just expressing yourself.
