But I want to ask you because to our watchers and listeners, we were supposed to tape a record at eight o'clock this morning instead is three o'clock PM. Because you had an issue with biscuits, So don tell me about your biscuits.

3:31 Here's the thing, to be honest, it's a safe place. Well, thank you for asking. I appreciate that my biscuits needed more preparation than I had anticipated. The reason why I needed time for my biscuits. And actually I will add a video here because there's a song called wait for the Biscuit or something. Have you seen that? Yeah? I have it. Well, guess what I'm going to share that here too. Basically, I was, we were we had a brunch today with John Than and Sonia coming over, and I wanted to because I haven't seen them for a long time. I really wanted to do something special, so I was we were doing the Aina Garten Martha Stewart Palooza recipes today, which included some time to prepare. So my biscuits actually took a couple hours to put together because they had to be mixed and cooled and it's like it's a whole thing. So they let me just tell you the menu and I will share pictures later because it it came out really well. I'm very pleased. It was a time cheese biscuit cheese biscuit nice with maple and brown sugar, bacon the front door, and a Martha Stewart potato spinach soup flet nice. It turned out really, really well, so I was very happy, So thank you.

4:47 Today is a lazy Sunday. It's kind of gloomy out, so is it? The only thing I had on my gend. I needed to go to the grocery store, and I did that. Okay, I was maybe going to go see a movie. You know, it's one of those days, so I I would go see the Jennifer Lopez movie Kiss to the Spider Woman. I don't know if you need to blow the well. I didn't. There was a book first, right, and then there was a movie, and then there was a stage production, and there's this musical movie version of it. I had never seen any of it. Didn't read any of it, but though, well, you know whatever, I'll go see it. Side check to see movies now playing in San Francisco. Not one single screen was showing it. The only place I could find it was today at two thirty pm down in San Jose. I'm driving an hour to go to Jennifer.

5:36 Here's the reality about that movie. But unfortunately, like my mom used to say about Jennifer Lopez, she's okay. So unfortunately, because I've had the honor of actually seeing the original production with Cheeta Rivera in New York one hundred years ago. Yeah, so it's quite the stage play. Maybe people just aren't going to movies that are, you know, musicals anymore. They saw Wicked, maybe they're done. Yeah, I mean I think in general, people are not going to the movie theater like they used to all these years since the pandemic. When I've gone, it's like me and six other people and we're scattered about in the theater right now. I would tend to go like midweek, late morning. I mean when I did see Wicked, because I saw the first one last year twice, both times, you know, pretty good crowd size. And the part two is coming out next month.

So today our episode is, as you can see well if you're watching us costume centric because we are a week the week leading up to Halloween. I am dressed as a twister board, although I've renamed it twisted because it's not left foot, right foot, left hand, right hand.

9:53 It's rub it, kiss it, slap it, touch it. And so maybe share with the kids, what kind of reception you've worn this out in public? Right? The first time I wore it was up at a Halloween party. I debuted it in Portland, Oregon. Really, John was living up at the time. I went to visit him and he goes, I'm going. I were invited to a hat party, and this was in October, and I happened to have this costume with me in the suitcase, just in case. So this was the hat I wore, and I wore the rest of it, and then I wore it when the Castro in San Francisco used to have the big blowout Halloween parties in the street during his heyday, when everybody's out in the street and it's just it's a lot of fun. And I came across a young teenage girl who had had a few too mandy to drink, I would say, and she recognized my costume.

10:47 Oh my god, are you twister? I said, yes, I am, And then I tilt my head down so she could spin my thing it and she landed on slap at blue and she did Beau's just right. As you see, I have a blue right here as she slapped the hell out of my bosom. And so I haven't worn it in a while, but I have it in my archives with my Superman costume and my Pumpkin costume and all these other goodies. I will say my favorite one that I borrowed from a friend. She got it from Disney. It's the teapot from. Beauty and the Beast. Sure, why not? Okay, from Beauty the Beast, and it's you know, the big overstuffed one. And so my niece's nephews were pretty young at the time, and they came to my family home and I took them around to go trick or treating.

11:37 And the look on the neighbors faces when they'd look out the window. The kids would walk up and they'd see me standing at the sidewalk, and I do a profile, and it looked like it's a big teapot, looked like an elephant because the spout was like the trunk. And then my nephew would grab my handle from behind and then he would pour and I would you know, I'd bend over tip me as an for me. So it was. It was very funny and it was a fun costume. And the non PG version of this is the photo that I actually have of this showing your spout. Yes, and I didn't get elephant, although you know, if you want to brag about it, you could get elephant.

So do you have a favorite costume that you've worn over the years. Well, I do think the serial Killer is one of my favorite. I don't did you actually wear that? No? Okay, well I kind of. I actually got a box of cereal okay, but that was problematic at the time. But I like the ironic ones where you have to think about it a minute, like yours. You absolutely have to think about your twisted because.

13:10 That's that's I don't know how I came up with it. I just you know, yeah, I just I've never been the traditional costume where. Although in your younger years, because you work for some clothing companies, you would come out, you would wear some really fabulous aff wouldn't you like coordinate with other co workers and do like a theme or is that private parties? It was more for like private parties for public consumption. So one of our friends had a friend who was who is a costume designer, like he works on shows iving here in San Francisco, and so they did a whole theme where they all coordinated where they were all Barbie dolls and different types of Barbies, but they.

13:53 Were in the box with the Barbie was big a couple of years ago. This was years ago and they did it. But that was love to see them in the street and they're all lined up and it was like, you know, trailer trash Barbie and lawyer Barbie and whatever. But they were all like in the box with the plastic film as if you were buying them off the shelf. It was hilarious. Wow. One thing I was very impressed with that I saw last year. Do you remember the film called Megan The one that she was at a Little Girl Robot. Oh right, Yeah, they had in West Hollywood. They had a Megan drill team. Oh no, which is all in because there was a scene where she actually did some crazy dance or something like a crazy dance that they had like twenty five guys dressed up as Megan doing that dance. So that was pretty amazing too.

14:38 But yeah, crazy. Yeah, So what are your plans? Wait, I know I have to go back. You did some decorating recently at your mom's house, didn't you. Yeah. So where my mom lives in San Mateo, it's a street with ten houses on it, playground on one end. So for years and years we've gotten a you know, city permit to block off both ends of the street. Cars don't you know drive through, which allows the street to be open for the kids to room free. And because it's a few blocks away from the main street, there's not a lot of car traffic. So the families with kids really love that because then the few blocks are on my mom's house, they can you know, they can get a lot of bang for their buck in terms of collecting candy, and it's safe.

15:22 So we for years have gotten like three hundred kids. Wow. So I for years have been buying the big ass bags of candy from Costco and they get three bags, and you know some families are some households made like put the bowl, the basket out and the kids just grab a handful. I literally hand one to every single child because otherwise it's a lot. It is a lot. And they start around five thirty ish pms. And by eight thirty we're done with the candy and the lights go out, like there's usually you know there's some like whose parents work late and they're like they just get home eight o'clock and they're trying to get their kids out.

16:06 I'm like, I'm sorry, the show's over here. So we're done done. Yeah, this year we're actually going to do so we're doing a little neighbor pot luck in the driveway because we have three on a lot here, so there's three homes here, so we all go over here. And what's lucky, we don't get as many as three nowhere close to three hundred because they ship all the kids over to Manhattan Beach where they've got the full sized candy bars. Oh, but the ones that do stay local, and there are a lot of things. Actually, I'm hearing there's a lot of organizations, like schools do a lot of trick or treating, retailers do a lot, So there's a lot of places. But luckily it's a Friday night. Yeah, the weather's been really nice here. It's gorgeous here today. It's like seventy five. Oh wow, breeze here today, so it's beautiful. Hopefully that weather will continue. But we go out here and do a little barbecue and pot luck on the driveway. But what happens is since we get so few and we always over buy candy. Like every kid that comes in is like they take one and say, no, put your hand in there. I grab as many as ye yeah, yeah, take as many, and we're done. By the end of the night, the last kids showing up like here's everything we have in our buckets. The last kid is going to be really hitting home. Yeah, so I'm excited, although I'm very I'm excited because it's it's good weather and it's fun, and you know, it's it's kind of fun to see the neighbors and see the kids running.

17:25 It is fun to see the especially the really young ones who are like this is their first time it is like, well, really, I can walk up to this man and he'll give me a candy and you're okay with that, Mom and dad. But you're parsing out how long does that take? You said, like three and a half hours or sothing. I mean they generally start coming around five thirty ish, and by eight thirty we're like shutting it down because either I'm out of candy or like empty. Yeah, but it's and sometimes you look out on the street and it's just like a mob of kids, right, and they're just trying to figure out, well, what else right first, because you know, pretty much all the houses in our street, my mom street, you know, decorate, which is nice. So yeah, so I decorated her house yesterday.

18:07 I already got the candy. And then my niece is bringing her daughter and a bunch of friends are coming over that night, and my mom's house to be like home base. So I'm bringing extra costumes. So if anyone needs a costume, I have my mom wear the pumpin costume. Maybe your mom's gonna wear please take pictures of that? Oh yeah, will she wear that she has in the past. And just you know, you just slip it on over your head. So sure, I'll have her do that, but yeah, so it'll be fun. I shall be at my mom's house on Friday night to do that. It's been going on. I have out of town relatively. I thought maybe we should talk a little bit about the fact it's been a little while since we recorded. Yes, we've both been pretty busy with stuff. So I know all of our listeners and followers are just you know, there's a there's a void in their world without our episode right now. So we just thought we'd walked through a little bit. We've been very busy doing things, being important, doing those things that we do, so I thought we maybe could jump into what we've been doing for the last couple of weeks.

19:04 Well, I can tell you that three days ago I was at city Hall speaking before a committee of the Board of Supervisors about my volunteer work for the fire debs. And the saturday before that we had our big city wide drill and that was beautiful weather. There was some I saw some footage of you holding a big hose. Yes, so one of these. It got a lot of airplay. Let me tell you a lot of comments. So as you know, and some of our listeners and watchers. Know. I volunteer for the fire department, so twice a year we do a big city wide drill. So we were at this park right alongside the bay, and for this particular event, the firefighters brought the hoses where if they knew to, they would you know, extract water from the bay to help put out a fire. So they come in big, huge hoses and then they have this device where a transfer it to a smaller hose. So we as volunteers got to you know, handle the hose with the firefighters watching over you. So I told people it was like my ghost moment where you know, instead of doing the clay at the table, you know, Patrick Swayzee over Tommy Moore, it was one of the firefighters over each of us, you know, just because it's a lot of pressure. It's not you know, it's like a ginormous garden hose and there's a lot of pressure coming out of it, so you have to really hold on to it because otherwise if you let it go, it could

20:36 I mean seriously, it could hurt someone. It could kill someone. Actually said be very So you know, with their watching over us, everyone got to do it and it was fine. It was probably one of the highlights in terms of activities, because it's not something we normally would do right, right, So so someone took video of that, uh, and then I put on Instagram and then the comments and I mean the few we. Are showing admirable restraint today on our PG rated. Well, you know, I'm just saying. I think my comment was, please show us on the doll where the bad hose touched you. I love that comment. But everyone else, all your other buddies and friends had some comments too, so that thing went viral. Yeah.

21:20 Yeah, I do have to. Say you handled the hose quite well though. Well saw my first time. Don That's what I hear. And did they enjoy you handling the hose? I didn't hear any complaints. How's your hose? No complaints? Now, I mean it's all good. You know, it's volunteer work support our fire department in event disaster, so it was all for good cause. So yeah, and this is not your first time speaking on the other event that you attended. That's not your first time speaking in front of a group, obviously. No. I'm on the advisor board, so we speak before the supervisors the Fire Commission. We're meeting with the fire chief next month. But yeah, I mean because I've been volunteering for twenty years. This is my twentieth year as a volunteer, and I've been on the advisory board since twenty twelve's like thirteen years. So we do get out and speak in public, and then I'm used to it because we also do events where we're talking to the public. You know, you set up an information table at an event.

22:23 And you've been on the news numerous times, being interviewed numerous times. Come on, dom, this is not the Gary Show. Come on, but why don't you share with our followers who you're what the organization's. Called, Oh okay, Through the San Francisco Fire Department, it's called the Neighborhood Emergency Response Team or INERT. I love it when you call yourself a NERT. And in your city it is cert community Emergency Response Team. So anyone of you can contact your local fire department and learn about taking some training so you can help your neighbors in the event of a disaster. I mean here in California. You know, obviously everyone thinks tornadoes, but remember southern California had the huge fires. True, so that the skills they teach us are low riskings. We're not going to run into a you know, burning building. We're not gonna you know, risk our lives. The things that we can do are the low risk, simple things that will help them because they can't be everywhere.

23:19 Right, And it's actually quite an amazing program. The certain program that you know you mentioned that's out here at the beach is always filled. Only happens I think two or three times a year, but it only has a certain amount of spots and the fire departments literally two blocks away from our house here, but it's always filled. I try to get into it every single time, and by the time they announce it, it's literally filled. So popular, which I think is a great thing because basically you're kind of being more educated on how to assist, right. Oh for sure, yes, yeah. I mean if there's anything as a team when you organize, if there's something that's out of our scope, then we just report it to them, right so they can take care of the big stuff. But if it's something you know, simple that we can do, so that's you know, things that can check off their lists that they don't have to worry about. So that's basically the point of it.

24:06 So you're basically the model citizen, aren't you. I do what I can with what I have left. So so that's something you were up to. What else was going on with you? Though? Because I know we've been away from my. I mean, I because I volunteered for several different things. There's I just always I'm always going to meeting. I mean this past week, I think I went to a meeting four nights out. Of the five, right, But you've also been going to some places I actually, believe it or not. I can't believe. I saw this photo of you on Instagram of you holding a beer. Oh right, right, right, Okay, so. I call it. I'm in prep mode since I'm going to Germany in December. I've never been a beer drinker. I've tried it a few times. I just, you know, whether it's the bitterness or whatever, the taste, just I just I can't drink it.

24:54 It's not for everybody. It's not for everyone. So there's an Austrian restaurant here in San Francisco called Leopold's that I've been many, many times. One of the times I said, look, I'm having ostro food. I have to have a beer because you know that goes with it. And I told the waitress I'm not a beer drinker, and she gave me a light beer, but just yeah. Then another time that I went, I noticed on the menu there was a beer that's a combination of beer with lemon soda. So I tried it. I'm like, hey, I could drink that. I think the lemon probably cut out some of the bitterness. So I took a picture of that beer. I'm like, okay, whenever I go someplace, if I'm going to ask if they offer this brand. So last week I went to a German restaurant here at Fort Mason in San Francisco, and they look at the menu and like and the waiter came by it and I showed him picture, do you have this beer with a lemon soda? Goes well, we don't have that same one, but we have this version, and so that was the whoops, pardon me my head, my twisted had is coming off. The picture I showed on Instagram was the beer that I drank.

25:58 There, so is beer with lemon soda. So I now have that name. So I've got two different beers that I can drink in Germany, when I'm there because do. You want a hair clip for your your twisted hat or do you need. Now just hold my head a certain way. But yeah, so. That was that was my pregame beer that I had with my wienishnistle. Well ween or something we know something about your. Now Yeah, so yes, so yes, people, I drink beer now. Well, no, I get it because I'm not a huge beer fan either. It has to be something like I get something called a half of eisen, which usually has a lot of lemon in it, so it doesn't taste.

26:44 Like Okay, well, so I think that's probably along the same lines. Yeah. Have you tell me you've never had one of those dark, dark, really dark beers before? They're just not something I just again, I just never never quite taste for it. So yeah. But on another note, we were to ting about Halloween, but can you basically guess what? Halloween's over? It's done. It's not even Halloween yet. Today's the Sunday, the twenty sixth, everyone, and if you go to watch any television, if you go to any retailer, Halloween is done. And it's Christmas. Always been Christmas secasco for several weeks. Now is that crazy to you. It's just like crazy, believe it. It's like, let's enjoy holiday to holiday. Now we sound like old people, but we kind of are.

27:29 But it's like, let's enjoy Halloween for what it is for the weekend. And then you started gearing up. And I always say this, Thanksgiving always gets the shot. Yes, always, they get no respect. And I love Thanksgiving. It's a great thing. We're actually going to be having quite a few people over this year that we hadn't intended to do, but it just worked out that way. So I'm excited about that because it's always fun to do that. But it's basically now all I saw the first I think it was last weekend, or maybe a couple nights ago. We were watching something and all of a sudden, the old Navy Christian commercial came on talking about jingle jammies or something in the snow, even a rest. We haven't even had Halloween yet. Can we just enjoy one holiday at a time. They're pushing down your throats.

28:11 Well, you know the Hallmark channel, they start showing Christmas movies in July's tradition. Did you know there was a thing? I had no idea, No idea, like what I don't understand. I'm almost mad about it, but I'm not, like, come on, people, just everyone calmed down. Nothing's Hallmark. I I've enjoyed several of their movies. They're very sweet, you know, they're it's Hallmark, you know, so I have no complaints. But yeah, it's like really Christmas in July. Yeah, I guess I'm relating to that because it's just like, I know, I went away for a couple of weeks for a project in Pasadena, but it was It's just amazing that I was gone for those two weeks and all of a sudden, so much time has seemed to pass so quickly. I don't know if it's because you know, you're in your sixty third year and my forty seventh year or what, but time seems to be going by so fast now, especially the holidays.

Yes, yes, pop totsy rolly pop. And then he was when you bite into it because you want to free crunch. Yeah. So I think I would like to be a lollipop, a Totsy roll lollipop where you lick on me three times and then shew my head off, You get some enjoyment and it's over right. How about you?

29:51 I'm thinking, well, you know, I'm a big fan of chocolate, so I'm thinking anything that's you know, chocolatey, chocolatey, and maybe nugaty, not nudity, but newgaty nougat family show. So I'm thinking, you know, like I mean, when I think of my favorites, it's like Snickers, it's it's the Three Musketeers, Milky Way, Yeah, salted caramel, forget about it. I'm all over that. So yeah, do you have an aversion? Because I've heard different stories about this, Do you have an aversion to candy corn? Not really, I might, you know, I think it's one of those things that people make fun that's basically people make fun of. But you know, if you reach into a candy jar, as we all have, if I come across it, I'll pass. Okay, I just go for the one of the ones I mentioned, or a payday or a okay.

But luckily for me, bad Dad jokes are a huge thing, so it's very easy to find them. And I, like I said, I'm horrible at jokes, never been good at it, So I just you know, I just thought i'd make sure that everyone got a load of them before. Oh we got a load of them, all right, So you asked what else is going on? And one thing I haven't talked about in many months or many weeks is my ozembic journey. Oh yes, I do a pick update.

32:15 So and so we're in October now. So January is when I hit the forty pound. Weight loss mark. I thought, great, the next would be the fifty pound weight loss mark, and I never got there. I just kept fluctuating. So if I weigh myself, I'm down forty two pounds, forty seven pounds, forty five pounds. I've just been I've just been. Fluctuating in that. That's a good jump. Yeah, But I mean the goal was to keep going. So had lab work done, which was already scheduled, and then I went to see my primary care and then I went to my entrocrinologists and the nurse there said, you know what, she suggested this at a previous meeting. Would you be agreeable to switching to Monjarro because there's more flexibility with that one in the sense they can increase the dosage. So I said, okay, well, let's wait to we have lab work done and then we'll come back and check. So three months went by, had the lab work and still hadn't lost more weight.

33:11 I'm just still fluctuating. I'm at I've plateaued, as they say. So she said, okay, well, we left that meeting with we're going to put in request to insurance to switch to Mozarro. So that was the plan that I would continue using the what I had left of the ozempic and then they'd switched me over to Mozarro. But she came back and said that the insurance denied it, saying that because I've only tried ozempic, they would be more likely to consider it if I had tried a couple others Trulicity and Victoza.

I guess for this case because she said I spoke, Yeah, if you try at least two of three other medications and the other two being Trullicity or Victoza, then they're more likely to look at the case like what results has he had with those? And then they might say, okay, fine. I don't know. Maybe more genre is more expensive. I don't know, but what the nurse said was you know what, Okay, fine, that's what they said. So we're going to keep you on ozempic. But after the first of the year is when all the insurance companies like, they may tweak some things here there, So we will ask them again. After the first of the year and see what happens. Yeah, case change anything. Yeah, Well, here's the thing. Let's talk about insurance for a minute. There's a lot of things that are coming up that are going to be very difficult for a lot of people to deal with in the coming year.

34:43 But the one thing that I didn't realize, companies will now be taking care of a percentage less than they used to when it comes to covering our all of everyone, oh, prescription drugs and possibly copays because there's so much of a cost now because tariffs have been imposed on a lot of drugs. So unfortunately, we're going to be paying a lot more for go pays or treatments or whatever. So I had a shock because I got a bill for like three thousand dollars recently that they processed for something I had done in April, and they just got me a bill. Now, it's like, really, it takes you eight months. So guess what I mean. Tell me, well, it's gonna take me eight months to pay you, yeah, because but I don't think that's going to be the answer they want from me. But it's kind of shocking.

35:30 It's a little bit scary, and it's just something I think just to everyone, please scrutinize very carefully the plans that you choose to take and see which ones cover most, because changing from an H and MO to a PPO can make a huge amount of difference. So, for example, the procedure that just sent me a bill for thirty two hundred dollars was something that was actually taken care of completely by insurance the previous year. Oh wow. So yeah, so it's like that was a big shock. I'm just more pissed that it takes eight months to process a bill. So that's another thing I've been dealing with. I'm just a little bit angry about that. It's like this can't be right. But it's like, unfortunately, it's very difficult to fight against billing because it is what it is.

36:11 And I got to tell you because you know, eventually we're both gonna have to go on Medicaid. Yeah at sixty five, right, so that's going to be a whole other ball of wax that you have to really, really take a deep, deep look at before you jump into it and take out of the I believe they have to. You have to do some supplemental insurances just to cover. Yeah, I have a coupleople have done it, and I know once while there's a seminar on it, and I want to take it just to have that information ahead of time. But because it's very confusing, it's not very it's not kind of. Dry at all. Yes, so you got anything else in your in your cookie in your candy jar. Well, I'm like I said, I'm looking forward to Halloween because it's going to be fun seeing the neighbors and doing fun things at with them. I'm actually looking forward to the holidays kickstarting. I always enjoy them. There's so much fun. The weather needs to shift, though, because it's too friggin hot out here. Yeah, it's just too warm.

37:00 So I'm looking forward to it. No more trips. I'm not doing any more work trips, I refuse. I'm just not going to do them anymore. So I'm looking forward to getting the holiday started. I'm looking forward to cooking and baking because today was a success. Like I said, I was very happy with those. Here's the thing, real quick they were, it's a little stressful to coordinate them. So I actually utilized to coordinate because you know, everything has a different cooking time. So a biscuit takes a certain amount of time, a soufe takes a certain amount of time, and a bacon takes a certain amount of times, so I actually have to What I found is it's really good to coordinate your cooking, so like this goes in at this time. Oh yeah, you have to do. And I also have to admit to one more thing when cooking I do and I used to make so much fun. You know, in cooking shows you normally see like fourteen different little bowls of everything, but like put one teaspoon of this and they have a glass bowl.

37:52 Put a cup of this and they have a glass bowl. It actually makes a lot of sense when you're cooking to do it that way. Oh really so much easier to cook because everything's prepared and everything you just basically do it in the order whatever your recipe is. So I need to hire fourteen assistants. So I'm looking for fourteen assistants who will not be paid, but have the glory and wonderful experience of working with me. On getting my recipes done, so anyone interested please let me know. Well, in a similar note, I made chili a few weeks ago and has a lot ngranged a lot of different spices yep. Which yeah, it's like I need tables doing this and one and a half of this, and I didn't want to have sixteen different things. So I just had a medium sized bowl because y'all have to basically going at the same time, right, so you don't have to like put one in and then stir three minutes.

38:42 So it was like, now put in then you know those six spices. So I just put them in one bowl. I measured them out, put in one bowl, so I was ready to go with you know, one dump and it's in there. Dump take one, dump in your chilly right. And baking. I never was a true baker. I didn't bakings like you have to be too exact. I like to just throw in some stuff and throw in some stuff. Now, yeah, baking is more of a science. Yeah, it's very exact. Yeah, it's like something you don't do it right, or use baking soad instead of baking powder. Don't do that before it just so you know, well I did so Anyways, I'm looking forward to more cooking and baking. No something especially like for Thanksgiving, for doing multiple dishes. What I've learned in for my years of doing helping with a big meal like that with our family is that I will look at the different dishes I'm making and like, what can I make the night before or you know, so that you're not overwhelming yourself trying to cram everything in one day.

Actually, I love grocery shopping because you find all kinds of stuff and getting inspired. I'm actually following to a new Instagram page called the Food Dolls. It's two Egyptian sisters who make the most amazing recipes that are not hard and it's really really good. So I'll be boring you with that sometime soon too, but it's super good. It's like, then promise to get inspired, like, oh I want to make that. I want to make that and it requires a lot of different ingreens. Anyway, so yes, I'm looking forward to a lot of cooking. Actually, pretty soon I spend a lot of time on Facebook and Instagram where I'm copying recipes or different dishes, yes, and put them in you know, I store them because they never know what I'm gonna need an appetizer or a side dish or a mang gore or this like, oh I've.

Now I'm kind of there too, but I'm a hoarder of Instagram pages because there's so many people that have food prep and easy meals and that kind of stuff. Yeah, so I'm a little bit addicted. So I have to stop. It has to stop somewhere. No, it doesn't, Yes, it does. So actually anything else some other. Stuff I'll say.
