While the odds of ever, ever, ever striking a comprehensive deal (worth its paper) with the United States are slim to none, it would seem that it is possible that enough may have been agreed upon to allow IQ47 to TACO himself again, offering an extension, while probably saying something like: "We're very close to a deal; Canada (like Iran) wants a deal very badly."
