The Alberta UCP and Ontario Liberals come across as rather astoundingly transparent in the pursuit of objectives that stray rather far from the path of democratic exercise in ways that open us up to the potential of foreign interference, while attempting to maintain a fig leave of (im)plausible deniability that they are doing, in plain sight, the things we all see them doing...
And yet, both parties — who purport to us that they have the skills and competence required to govern — keep confessing that they are utterly incompetent at cheating.
The UCP's latest gaffe involves a little "premature enunciation" leading to a cheating rubber stamp committee meeting going off the rails and the Ontario Liberals' gaffe appears to involve contempt for a particular candidate such that all judgment and discernment has seemingly abandoned current party leadership.
Worse yet, despite all that incompetence, nobody appears to be willing to take the wheel away from them to get us back on the correct path.
