On this episode, I share with you how to relieve the extreme stress associated with being a perfectionist. 

Perfectionism may seem like it is just something that you are born with, something that you can’t change, something that you have and others don’t and that’s just the way that it is…something you have to live with..but know that it is not true. 

So what is it? It is the continual belief that things, you, situations are not good enough.  That you can be better, do better, that situations can and should be better. But reaching for perfect is like reaching for a moving bullseye that you will never really achieve.
