During the holidays we can get into this mindset of "I will start again at the beginning of the year." It is far better to keep at least some of your momentum during the holidays so that you don't lose all of your progress!

You NEED to have recovery time for your daily life stresses, just like you need recovery time after working out! Cultivate Gratitude!

"I always feel like not going, but I am always so glad I went!" The biochemistry in your body is affecting your mood!

If you are feeling blah it's good to have some solid books, podcasts, or memories to look back on to generate energy! Next, is your emotions! Emotions have so much energy behind them!

1:06:58 There is a subtle difference between reacting and responding! Reacting doesn't usually work so well. we need to be proactive about responding! Set up mental anchors/triggers to get back to what you are doing or transition to the next thing. Release tension and set an intention. If you think of something you need to do either write it down or if it takes less than two minutes then do it right then, that way you don't have to think about it anymore!

1:12:29 How do you decide what the next important thing is? Preidentify what things you want to work on then section your days out so you have time to do all of these things! The trick is you need to stick to these routines you have set up for yourself!
