Lenny Lemoine
President CEO
Leonard K. "Lenny" Lemoine is the CEO of LEMOINE, a multi-professional services company delivering excellence since 1975 across building and infrastructure, disaster response and resiliency, and advisory services. Over more than four decades as an executive and principal in construction management and contracting, Lenny has guided LEMOINE into a market leader serving clients in more than 20 states and Puerto Rico.
A graduate of Louisiana State University (B.S., Agriculture Business, 1979), Lenny began his career at his family's retail lumber business in Cottonport. When he and his brother Tim transitioned the company into a general contracting and construction management firm and relocated to Lafayette, Lenny developed the operational systems that carried the business through the oilfield collapse of the 1980s. He became CEO in 1999 and has since led the firm to national recognition, top safety honors, and an 80% repeat-customer base — built on his belief that "building better people" results in "building better buildings."
Lenny's honors include ABiz Magazine's Entrepreneur of the Year (2013) and EY's Gulf Coast Entrepreneur of the Year (2018). He serves as Chairman of Lafayette Central Park Inc., driving the creation of Moncus Park.
