Sean Maxwell is the Australia & New Zealand Managing Director for the Air Tightness Testing & Measurement Association (ATTMA), with more than two decades of experience in building-science, airtightness, and ventilation. Originally working in the U.S. on building-envelope testing and commissioning, he moved to Australia and has since become a leading advocate for higher performance standards, better quality-control, and healthier, well-ventilated buildings. He trains industry professionals, contributes to standards committees, and advocates for seeking the cost cost-effective improvements for design outcomes.
