On-Site Reviews adds a Leave a Review page to your website so listeners can review your show right on your site — no podcast app required. Every submission waits for your approval before it appears.
Available on the Pro plan and above.
How to turn on-site reviews on or off
- In your dashboard, go to Reviews → Review Settings.
- Use the On-site Reviews? toggle (it's on by default) and click Save.
When it's on, your site gets a review form at yourwebsite.com/reviews/new. You can preview it anytime under Pages → Leave a Review. The form asks listeners for a star rating, a review title, the review itself, and their name.
Approving reviews
Reviews submitted on your website start out hidden, and Podpage emails you when a new one arrives. To publish one:
- Go to Reviews → All Reviews and open the Hidden tab.
- Turn off the Hidden toggle on the review.
Submissions are screened automatically — anything suspicious lands in the Spam tab instead of your inbox.
Tip: On-site reviews are just one source. Podpage can also import your Apple Podcasts and Podchaser reviews — see How reviews work on Podpage.
