If reviews submitted on your website aren't showing up on your Reviews page, a hidden review is usually the cause. This is quick to fix.
Why this happens
When someone submits a review through your website, it starts out hidden until you approve it. Until you do, it won't appear on your Reviews page — so it can look like the page isn't working.
How to fix it
- In your dashboard, go to Reviews → All Reviews and open the Hidden tab.
- For each hidden review, either use the Hidden toggle to make it visible on your website, or delete it if you don't want to publish it.
You're notified by email whenever someone leaves a review; manage those alerts under Settings → Notifications. If your Reviews page still isn't behaving after that, contact support through the chat button in your dashboard.
