How reviews work on Podpage

Reviews are social proof for your show, and Podpage collects and displays them for you. You can:

  • Import reviews from Apple Podcasts and Podchaser automatically
  • Let listeners submit reviews right on your website
  • Showcase reviews on your Reviews page and homepage
  • Share individual reviews on social media

Available on the Pro plan and above.

Importing reviews from Apple Podcasts

  1. In your dashboard, go to Reviews → Review Settings.
  2. Enter your Apple Podcasts ID — the numbers after "/id" at the end of your show's podcasts.apple.com URL.
  3. Choose your Default Apple Podcasts Country. On the Elite plan, you can turn on Import Reviews from 175+ Countries to check every Apple Podcasts region.
  4. Click Save. Podpage imports your reviews and checks for new ones automatically — you can also click Check for new reviews anytime.

You can import Podchaser reviews too: add your Podchaser ID on the same settings page.

Letting listeners review you on your website

Turn on On-site Reviews in Reviews → Review Settings and Podpage adds a review form to your website. Reviews submitted there start out hidden so you can approve them before they appear.

Showcasing reviews

  • Reviews page: imported reviews with 4 or 5 stars appear on your website's Reviews page automatically. Reviews under 4 stars are hidden by default.
  • Approving and hiding reviews: go to Reviews → All Reviews and use the Hidden toggle on any review to publish or hide it.
  • Homepage: click Feature on Homepage on your best reviews to highlight them on your front page.

Sharing reviews on social media

Every review gets its own shareable page on your website. Open a review and share its URL on your favorite social network to show off the love.

You're notified by email when new reviews arrive — manage those alerts under Settings → Notifications.

Tip: On the Elite plan, you can add an AI-generated summary of your reviews to the top of your Reviews page.
