Podpage can create a dedicated Newsletter page for your website at yourwebsite.com/newsletter — one easy-to-remember place where visitors can sign up for your email list, right on your own site.
Available on the Pro plan and above.
How to enable your Newsletter page
- In your dashboard, go to Pages → Newsletter Page. If you don't see it, look under Available Pages in the Pages section and add it from there.
- Open the page's Settings to configure how it works.
Choose how to collect email addresses
Podpage offers three options for the signup form on this page:

- Don't Collect Email Addresses — if you don't want to gather emails.
- Collect Using Podpage — Podpage's built-in form collects names and emails into your Podpage mailing list.
- Use my own custom email form — paste in the embed code from your email list provider.
Once set up, visitors can sign up at yourwebsite.com/newsletter.
Import your past newsletters
If you write your newsletter on Beehiiv, Substack, or Kit (formerly ConvertKit), Podpage can display your past issues on your /newsletter page automatically. Importing newsletters is available on the Elite plan.
Beehiiv
- Log in to your Beehiiv account and go to Settings.
- Find the RSS option and copy your RSS Feed URL.
- Paste it into the Beehiiv Newsletter RSS Feed field in your Newsletter page settings.
Substack
- Your newsletter's address follows this format: https://yournewslettername.substack.com.
- Paste that URL into the Substack URL field in your Newsletter page settings.
Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
- In your Kit account settings, find the API section and copy your API Secret.
- Paste it into the ConvertKit API Secret field in your Newsletter page settings.
Once connected, your past newsletters appear at yourwebsite.com/newsletter, giving your audience one place to browse everything you've written.
Tip: Link to your Newsletter page from your show notes and social profiles so listeners always know where to subscribe.
