I am a certified transformational coach on a mission to share the power of coaching with anyone who is ready to get into the driver’s seat of their life and create positive change.

I became a coach because quite frankly, coaching changed my life.

I found coaching in an exciting, but also a very difficult time in my life. I had moved to the UK for work with my partner which was an incredible opportunity, but I was navigating through all the challenges of expat life for the first time.

My clients describe me as calm and compassionate, but not afraid to ask tough questions to help them feel more clear, less stuck, and to move towards what they want from life. Many of my clients have said that our coaching work has helped them to build a stronger relationship with themselves, creating the kind of resilience and confidence that’s allowed them to face any challenge head-on.
On top of that, they’ve had me on their team to encourage them to take brave steps towards what they want and to hold them accountable to their commitments to themselves. I have a Certification in Transformational Coaching from an International Coaching Federation and Association of Coaching-accredited program, as well as an Honours degree in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour.

I spent 6 years working in a fast-paced, full-time client-facing job in creative production so I understand how demanding and challenging the corporate world can be. I am based in the UK, but I work with all of my clients virtually which allows me to work with people from all over the worl…
